I like a lot of things.

I like big masculin hands. Guys MUST have bigger hands than me, or I totaly freak out. 

I'm also a sucker for a nice smile. Not just the teeth or the lips, but when they smile with every inch of their face. When they smile so much you can see it in their eyes. 

and I HATE hairy backs! a little chesthair I don't mind, but not like a Sean connery style chest. Thats just to much.

Oh! and really green eyes! green or grey eyes are like.... HOT!! love green eyes. or very pale blue

And smell, I can't stand guys with too much cologn or perfume. I like their natural smell, but not if they have been skipping showers and stuff. thats just naaaaaaasty....

I feel the same way, this is my first try to control my wheigt, but I hav been feeling tierd, and suddenly super hungry! I jump out of the chair and start looking trough the fridge or freezer. And then I lose my appetite! or I get something, but feel really sick about what I took.

(and don't comment on the spelling... it sucks. But I'm from Norway=P)

Junk food's ingredients (corn syrup, caffiene etc) is basically converted int ofat very easily by your body.  Did you know, that it's better for you to sleep six or nine hours than 8? When you sleep, your body goes in to 3 hour intervals. You sleep the deepest after 1 hour, and then you sleep lightly(or what you want to call it). So if your waked up when you are in "deep sleep mode" you get less energy than if you wake up after six hours. Just a tip.
