Welcome everybody... as you can see from the top, I closed to group so altogether there are nine of us... I figured going under 10 is good so we can do a better job helping eachother out... When groups get too big, there is usually chaos lol.

Hey sorry I've been MIA guys... I haven't weighed myself. My grandpa died and I haven't been online much. I'm going to give myself a few more days. I will come back to put in a weigh-in on Monday.

Hey girls!

We could definitely do like Monday weigh-ins! Is that good with everyone else? This Monday the 27th can be our first week. We'll put our starting weight, current weight, and goal weight... if you want you can put your measurements as well. I just got my measurements yesterday so I'm going to check again in like 3 weeks if anything has budged lol So we're basically between 20-22 years old... thats cool. 

Let me know what you guys think about Monday weigh-ins!

Hey guys! I'm Ana. I want to join in on just helping each other out. I'm at 146.5 at 5'4 1/2. I'm 20 years old. I'm looking to be anywhere from 125-130 lb. My heaviest was last summer when I was 162 and I lost all the way to 144 in like a four month span of working out and just making better food choices. I gained back like a couple of pounds and am looking to lose about 15 lb. I have insecurities about my weight and buddy and just want to get rid of them. My boyfriend helps because he thinks I'm perfect, but we all know that we need to feel good about ourselves. I too started this a while ago but have decided to become more active and take charge of my weight. My goal is to be 135 by September 1st... and like 128ish by the end of September I guess?. I also would like to see inches lost and a size 4 waist. I'm currently like a size 8 but more so because of my thighs and butt.

Can people explain calorie intake to me? Like some people say if they take in more calories, they lose more? I'm a little confused. I probably sound like an idiot, but I thought less calories = more weight loss but that does not seem to be the case. Please clarify this for me if you know.

haha I started laughing about the "full guilt mode" comment because I can relate. I think I was bloated from the weekend to be honest bc i'm usually 145-146... Yesterday I was 148.5 at this time in the morning and now I'm closer to the norm, 146.5...the weekend really seems to affect me. I'm going to try to be better on the weekends because during the week, i'm pretty good. I also see my boyfriend's friends a lot and they're always doing like 2 am food runs which sucks... a good amount of the time I try not to eat because 2 am + crappy food won't equal weight loss lol. I agree about the same stats because a good perspective for us. I'm confused, are you 5'5? or 5'7? lol To be exact I'm like 5' 4 3/4 lol but I usually just say 5'4 or 5'5. I definitely want to be the late 120s as my every day weight. We'll get there eventually :)

I'm going to have to change my goal to 141 because I didn't put into mind that I had my favorite time of the month and that I weigh less than I expected. I guess its okay though because less is always awesome :)

I'm 19... 5'4 and 146.5 lbs as of this morning... My goal is to be 135 by Christmas. I started this back in April as 162. I'm not sure what my ultimate goal is just yet, I have been doing small 5-10 lb. goals to keep me going instead. I also just want to work on my arms, thighs and stomache. I'm going all of June & July to Italy and then Croatia for the month of August so I'll be spending a lot of next summer in a bikini hence why I really want to keep going and seeing more results.

144.5 :) I'm so excited lol Italy better watch out when I get to Florence in January lol. I'm so excited to spend 4 months there... sucks that I recently got into a relationship so it won't be as easy as I thought, but I guess we'll see what happens...

Btw end date is a month from today... is everyone ready? :)

147.5 :) It's only .5 lb but I'm happy... anything lower than 148 is making me happy hahaha and thanks bohdan that actually makes a lot of sense... I didn't even consider that what I was doing at 162 should be different at 148 lol

Good job! :) I on the otherhand, have been the same weight since July 7th blahhh 148 lb... how I hate that number at this point. I think I've been slacking, I'm going to have to intensify this a little bit... change my routine up, spice it up so that this number goes down. What do you all do when you hit a plateau?

Ugh so the last two weeks.... 148 lb. I'm going after work to get a taebo dvd... my cousin's fiancee said that she's been doing that for like 6 weeks now and she looks sooo great... she does it like 3 times a week... I figure it might break this plateau I've hit.. hows everyone else?

You know whats really interesting... When I weighed 162 (my heaviest), I was like wow I'd kill to be like in the 150s... then I was at the 150s for a very long time and I was like wow I'd love to be in the 140s... Now I weigh 148 lbs, and I'm thinking how I can't wait to lose and be in the 130s... Are we ever happy with what we have? I mean I know I need to lose more weight, but I definitely shouldn't take for granted what I've lost so far. 

Sorry for the rambling... I'm procrastinating getting ready for my summer class lol

How did everyone's 4th of July go? I surprisingly was able to control myself during dinner haha so much good food... I'm ready for Monday's weigh-in... I just want to see the 140s again... I saw 148 last year for prom but before that I hadn't seen the 140s in like 2 yrs.

I've been the same weight ALLLLLLL week and I've been doing everything soooooooooo well that I'm getting so discouraged. Luckily, I got my period last night so that might explain why the stupid scale might not want to budge. I'm hoping to see a nice lower number once I'm done with it. So I'm basically looking forward to next monday's weighin and not tomorrow's lol

I'm so proud of myself right now... I did really well yesterday and I went out to coffee at a cafe with my friend last night... She ordered a strawberry cheese cake and an ice cappuccino and I only had a regular coffee... The waiter gave us two forks for the cake because its a big slice, but I didn't have ANY... I've been learning the last month how not to take a bite of something unless I'm actually hungry. I'm feeling awesome right now lol

So its weigh-in time and I weigh as much as I did last week... 152 lb. So basically I've hit a plateau that I need to break... I know I have to stay really motivated this week because if I give up now, all of this will have been useless. And on a brighter note, I didn't gain lol

Hopefully everyone else lost or at least stayed the same...

haha yes it is graduation season... I'm actually going Monday to see my cousin and little sister graduate from highschool... Since I've lost like a little over 10 lbs since I last saw him, I can't wait to see the hot guidance counselor hahahaha I'm horrible I know, but he's so cute to look at!
