It's actually 20 calories per cup.
One bag makes about 15-16 cups. So It's actually 300+ calories per bag.

I remember a long time ago I misread the label and I'd eat 2 whole bags of popcorn a day. xD

Tricky... guilt wave coming on...

I know that chips aren't great to begin with, but I was wondering if some baked Tostitos with a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and salsa would be an awful thing for an occasional snack (like once a week).

once a week is fine. As long as you eat in MODERATION :) just don't go overboard with the cheese...

I suggest starting with eggs. Try making scrambled eggs or omelettes. Try this: (my own creation.. not sure if you'll like Wink)

Ham and Cheese Omelette:

Ingredients: 1 Large Egg, skim milk, mozerella cheese, thin deli ham

Scramble one large egg in a small bowl. Add a little bit of skim milk. Mix together.

Take two slices of deli ham and slice them into little square pieces.

Pour egg mix into non-stick pan (I like to avoid using butter/oil here). Sprinkle ham on top. Put the cheese on one half of the omelette so you can fold over the other side. Flip the omelette over so both sides are nice and golden. Then enjoy :D.

Tips:
*You can add salt as well if you want, but a lot of salt will come from the ham.

*If you are just starting off, you can try making scrambled eggs with the ham and cheese. Just take the spatula and flip the egg every which way.

*Of course, you can eliminate the cheese if you really want to be healthy. I just can't live without cheese ;)

I recommend Fiber One Originial. You might not like the taste, but it is very filling.
