I have one cheat day a week, where I let myself go, a bit. It's usually saturday and I usually have a little bit of alcohol which is the extra calories (why can't it be calorie free?) |

I'm 5'6ish and 180, used to be 222. I used to wear a large 16. Now I'm 12-14 dependign on the style. I've been told I don't look 180 though. My goal is 150ish. |

So I haven't posted in a while. Here are my current stats SW: 217-222 range CW: 195.5 Height: 5'6 Age 21
doing good over here. TAking it off slowly. They closed the gym at my school til classes start (next week). After that it will be coming off faster again as I walk around campus and start swimming again. I'm just glad that I'm in the 100's. My goal is < or = 150 |

Sad day... Dang fourth of july Started swimming this week too... As of today (and it's only friday) I will have swam 4 out of the 5 days. I had a lot of fourth of july weight to lose though. I went out to eat twice that weekend. I gained like 4 pounds back from this.
Another week down: SW: 217 LWW: 203.2 CW: 203.6 GW: <150 H: 5'6 Female age: 21
Sad day. Praying I see the 100 somethings soon. And getting discouraged for fear I can never let go again or I'll balloon. What have I gotten myself into :: sigh:: Oh well |

Not to shabby I guess. 11.4 lbs total loss in 4 weeks. I can live with that. Cool thing is haven't seen the boyfriend in a month and won't see him for another week. He has yet to see any of this weight loss. I'm ready to shock his pants off. I hope he says something that makes me just melt. |

Haha thanks naturallyd, this is a friend from home I've never had a girls night with. Drunk doesn't mean puking, hangover etc. I'm a college student. I'm not dumb. I'm not gonna get smashed. Hey guys, Its tuesday and I'm feeling a little motivated. I'm sitting at work right now and as I move in my chair my pants keep falling off my bum. Part of me says it's cause I'm wearing a different belt that's not as tight, but I think I should just let my heart have it's day. I had a ping of lack of motivation the other day but thanks to one of my helpful buddies I have one AIM, they reassured me. Thanks CarlaInChicago. I really enjoy having a lot of friends on here. I get discouraged easily and the thought of having to be so strict on myself for over a year was daunting. I can do it though. I'm determined to wow people.
I'm slowly getting there. It's becoming a habit and I'm starting to look forward to my gym days. Here's a conversation I had the other day. Me: "you love my tummy don't you?" My Boyfriend: "Of course I do" Me: "Well it's going bye bye so kiss it goodbye"
Yeah so this post doesn't have much of a purpose. I'm just rambling cause I'm at work and have nothing better to do. Might also copy it and make it a journal so I can keep myself motivated. We all gotta remember we can do it. Be it ten pounds or 200, we all have the ability, we just gotta capture it.
Lastly, someone IM me to keep me company at work. My messenger names are on my profile. I work 8-5 most days at a computing help desk and trust me, it gets boring. As much as I love my job, its dismal sometimes. Ok I'll stop.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
