Hey guys!

Last Weigh In: 226

Today's Weigh In: 226.5

I'm not losing much these days, but I have a feeling I won't be losing much at all becausse..............I just found out I'm pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Sooooo, Weekly Goals:

  • Get on a great pregnancy health plan
  • Go to the DOCTOR
  • Figure who the first person i'm going to tell is... my husband? Right!

    Hey guys!

    great job! it's okay if you don't lose one week, because it's most important to feel good about yourself and be happy with your life! that's why these extra goals are so nice! so today or tomorrow you can reset your goals, or just keep the ones you have and make them into weekly routines!

    Short Term Goal Weight: 216.5 (by September 2008)

     

    TODAY'S WEIGHT: June 9th, 2008: 226.5!!

    Officially lost 10lbs!! Feels soo goood!! :)

    I love slimfast, so far i've lost 10lbs since middle April!

    that sounds great!

    i'm doin slimfast! it's the only thing so far that's helped me lose at all!

    lately i've been SO bad about excersizing, but usually i do water aerobics twice a week, and the gym every other day and make sure i walk minimum 30 minutes a day...

    for the next couple months... every saturday is my fun day - so if i go over calories by 100-300 i don't mind.... it helps me feeel human. i'm the same way, with having this be my life goal, so it's not just like it's gonna be quick by working hard, i know i'm in for a long haul so i have to have ways to make it realistic for a normal person who doesn't have every minute to devote to dieting!

    i hope weigh day doesn't let me down! hahaha... tomorrow's gym day,t oo! ee!

    I usually only eat meat about once a week, I rarely/never eat red meat, so when I eat it, it's usually chicken. I feel soooo good eating that salad w just eggs, but maybe i'll add some chicken and make today my meat day! :)

    my mum wants help w her diet, too and she's gonna weigh in on mondays. so i think i'm gonna do that, too!

    We should have a weigh in day!

    I've been doin fridays so I have to see how much I weigh beFORE i go into the weekend and want to party and have tooo much fun!

    i've gone up a lb, i tihnk it's from that time of the month, so i'm at 229.5 - so my goal for Sept.20th (a short term goal) is to be 216.5 - 

    :) you're doin amazing, from 273 - 229!

    I'm almost sick of typing this - but I'm 21, live west coast canada!

    Started at 236.5lbs and now am 228.5 slowwwwwly goin down. 

    80lbs is my dreammmmm goal loss.

     

    so... to end up at 155.5 is my final goal - 

    I'd love to see this get goin again and will totally participate!!

    yeah! it's reall yworking great.

    and this is not baby weight, or anything like that i'm trying to lose - just real, human, fat... so there's no excuses as to why it's working fast, etc...
