Hello Kimmie, I was diagnosed with pcos 4 years ago. Exercise is key for weightloss. Even though you have another metabolic problem as well, It looks like you are at a healthy weight. I think you look great. But like all of us here you have a weight you wish to reach so just keep trying like you said. With treatment, exercise and balanced meals I am sure you will reach your weight goal. It doesn't matter how long it takes just keep going and never give up.

What is your secret?

I have been working out alot but I know I need to work on my caloric intake. I have to make changes there to see results!
