Hi there i have had ibs now like 12 years im 24

and i know with my periods my ibs does flare up but not every month

i know dairy has been an issue in the past for me but only if i drink lots an lots

or ice cream... mine really flares up with grease foods. or anything spicy like that bean dip in the stores u buy. ramen noodles  so my ibs has been weird latley since im on here trying to gain weight since im under weight and now that im on a really high calorie diet of 3,000 a day my tumnmy isnt used to it and im once agan struggeling with ibs cramping.. i usualy have consipation and then reg for a few weeks then back to constipated i know if you eat smallar amounts more frequent it will help ALOT!!!  but i have trouble with this since i dont eat after 4pm  any how hope this helps if u wanna add me as ur friend thats fine im Amanda

im 23 years old im trying to gain weight i seem to be loosing it like crazy since my appetite comes and goes ... i have severe panic/agoraphobia disorder and im more afraid to eat alot of foods because i dont know whats in them aditives,nitrates etc...  i have always been small my life i gained weight no problem when i was pregnant 3 times. and even had large babys. im 5.5 and im weighing rite around 98 or so  last march i weighed 118 im so sick of loosing weight i feel very low about my self please any tiips will help me.  this is just a list of what i have ate so far

breakfast 2 waffels butter/peanut butter then syrup on them i drink half and half for my milk wich was 6 oz

then  a bowl of spegettie and then some cheese cake  and its only 11:11am dec 29th 08   thanks so much Amanda
