I too have had the same problem and I mentioned it to my chropractor and she told me that my magnesium was low and to try a product called calm. It is all natural and relaxes your body and you sleep quite well and feel completely refreshed no drowsy like meds can make you feel. You just put 1 to 3 teaspoons in a1/4 cup of warm water, or tea and mix and drink and with in 10 min you feel calm and you sleep great but not heavy to where you cant be woke if you need to be.But too much magnesium can give you the poops so watch your intake.I even give it to my 6 yr old when she has problems sleeping .It also helps with irritability during your menstrual cycle. |
