I totally understand, I starting doing some leg lifts and things from a tear out in this month's Cosmopolitan. I have been doing it for 3 days and already see at least a tightening and slimming in my not so slim abdomen. Other than that I recomend taking water pills that will take any bloating away that makes you look ponchy too. Other than that a tankini is a great option I wore one to the beach for spring break last year and thought i looked terrible till i saw the pictures and i looked really nice in them. Best of luck, remember there are always going to be terrible looking people on the beach so you def wont be the center of bad attention. You're beautiful and have a great body no matter what you look like to the world as long as you are happy with it. |

Ren, Work on having extremly low calorie and lowfat foods in the house and foods that are good for you and already on hand (frozen food stuffs and quick fixes) a little early planning on your part can really help you loose those extra snacking pounds. I am a college student so i understand the working out and eating bad thing!! this works for me and I have taken of over 30 lbs and working to ensure the 10 I gained working on my MCAT studying this spring goes away before I hit the beach in a couple weeks. Best of luck ~ERM |

Yeah! for you Kat, I know its really hard to loose weight when you live with other people who bring in those disaster foods i.e doughnuts and stuff. I am a college student who is home for the summer so granola and diet pop aren't always in the fridge or even the grocery list for that matter. Keep up the good work and if no one is noticing throw the food out and replace it with healthier stuff, as long as it takes ok they'll eat it too! thats my motto. no more cheese wiz we now have laughing cow cheese rounds :) |
