Zumba 5 days a week for an hour!  I should try other classes, but i really enjoy this the best!

1.  want to put on any clothes and look good even if it's hideous!  Skinny people seem to look good on anything!

2.  feel comfortable in odd sex positions without heavy breathing

3.  look at my side view in a mirror and not look super fat!

4.  smile without a my eyes disappearing

5.  no trace of a double chin in photos

6.  wear a miniskirt and coochie cutter shorts..oh and tank tops and tube tops

7.  wear those long dresses without it looking like a mumu dress!

8.  have a lot of confidence

9. spend less money on clothes

10. AND finally wear those jeans that still have tags on them!

say your favorite and least favorite

sit-down restaurant- anything, capricciosa's (italian), lonestar, benni's (japanese).  Hate - Bad chinese food.

thing to get at an icecream parlor- pssh, ice cream!  Hate - mint ice cream

salad dressing- Any ceasar dressing, papaya poppyseed dressing, raspberry dressing  Hate - buttermilk ranch and italian

fruit- Ataulfo mangos (it's mango season too)!  I eat an apple a day, blueberry's, pineapple (the real thing, not canned).  Hate - oranges that are sour and soggy apples.

breakfast- oh gosh....bacon, eggwhite omellete, fried rice., etc...LOVE BREAKFAST FOOD!  Hate - anyone that serves me cereal and milk, fruit, muffins that are prepackaged for breakfast.  That's dessert people!

bread- white bread **blushing**, sourdough bread, garlic bread.  Hate - bread that has no taste?

veggie- asparagus, eggplant, squash, zuchinni.  Hate - okra and lima beans GROSS!

cold drink- ice tea

hot drink- chocolate milk

cake- ANY, except fruit cake.

soup- anything with heavy cream **yummmmm**  HATE - vegetable soup, wedding soup

meat (if you aren't vegetarian)- steak

cereal- captain crunch with cold cold milk.  HATE - GRAPENUTS.

chip- uhmm...tostitos, but with dip.

fast food place- McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, In and out

sandwich- Grilled cheese...like 3 of them dunked in tomato soup

nut- peanuts

spread- mayo

type of food (ex. indian)- Japanese

cookie- chocolate chips from subway

condiment- mayo

candy- any chocolate, except the chocolate covered cherries yuck!

I eat cake almost every night with my dinner and still maintain 1500-1600 calories. 

- Angel food cake - 1 slice (i forgot how many  calories per slice, but it's small).

- mascarpone cheese - 1 tbsp (120 cal per tbsp)

- fat free whip cream (taste just like the real thing) - 2 tbsp or 1 tbsp *this is 8 calories per tbsp.

- fresh blueberries and strawberries.

My trick is that i don't eat too much for dinner so that i can fit this into my diet.

i really like mascarpone cheese and whip cream (fat free) mixed together.  Mascarpone cheese is NOT fat free, but it's your mom soooooo oh well!  Besides, the whip cream being fat free and only 8 cal per tbsp is not bad. 

 

This is my guilty pleasure: angle food cake, 1 tbsp of mascarpone cheese, 2 tblsp of fat free whip cream, blue berries, strawberries halves.  Yum!  only 221 calories total!  And worth every bite!

I LOVE AEROBICS!  I'm not a fan of running, and when i do decide to run or more likely jog, i don't get a good workout...maybe because I don't push myself as much as i should.  However, in aerobics (a class i attend at my gym) my instructor REALLY REALLY pushes us and it's fun!  There are many kinds of aerobics classes, like step, kick boxing, and salsa dance aerobics (which our instructor teaches) so not only am i getting a good workout but also i'm getting dance lessons lol!  I still do some jogging/walking for other days to mix up my workouts a bit. 

I've never done videos, but if you ever get into a gym find out about the classes that they teach.

i eat PB with slices of bananas on whole wheat toast (2) slices including 2 hard boiled eggs (egg whites only) and 2 slices of bacon in the morning!  I know it's a lot of calories in the morning and it is.  It's about 500!  But surprisingly, i stay within my calorie limits, sometimes even less during the day which is 1500-1600 cals.   I snack on apples during the mid morning and by lunch i eat a big bowl of salad with whatever meat they serve at work.  Then, by midafternoon i eat either oatmeal or one of those small to go box cereal with skim milk.  By dinner, i eat another bowl of salad with whatever meat my mom cooks.  And i swear i maintain about 1500-1600 calories.  

As you can see i eat most of my calories in the morning, which is okay cause i'm moving most of the time because i'm at work.

All the while this is with drinking water, lots and lots of water.  Keep eating your PB (without the honey, use banana it works well and taste as good).  Just don't go overboard with lunch and dinner.

don't put a hard boiled egg in the microwave (without water) because when you break the shell it will explode in your face and everywhere else (seriously)!  I almost had a heart attack when it happened!

i think the healthiest food they have at my cafeteria is subway. 

 

Everything else is local food:  Fried chicken, red rice, white rice, fried pork, sweet and sour pork, pork, pork, pork, pork, and MORE pork!!!!!!

if your talking about working out, what works for me is packing my clothes ahead of time (hair dryer, flat iron, clothes, lotion, toothbrush, comb, shoes, etc. everything basically) so that in the morning when you feel you think you can't workout, all you have to think about is unpacking everything you have packed.  Of course this is if you workout in the mornings (trust me, it's a battle for me as well)!  But, this seems to work.  Hope this works for you.
