he tobii, if your getting a tredmill I would recoment these ones. http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?se arch_query=treadmill they are cheaper and you can return them if you decide its not working out But in reality they dont helo you lose weight they help you trim down but your weight goes up, just an fyi, but at 14 going running, joining track or cross country would be more helpful because of the other people involved so you would stick with it. |

when I was pregnant my doctor told me to increase my calories by 500 from what i was eating. But during the first trimester we were ony suppose to gain a pound a month then starting 2nd tri a pound a week. If you follow that it equals out to about 25-30 pounds though I gained 41 with my huge baby |

The easiest way to get exercise as a pregnant lady is to go on walks, but make sure to bring water and a snack and if she gets short of breath to stop and rest. Or you could go swimming, I know most pregnant women are like "hell no" about getting in a swim suit but it is so relaxing and if she jogs in the water it counts as exercise, plus it will help relive the back strain to, just remember to stay out of the hot tub. Congratulations on the baby! I hope that it all goes well for her, and make sure after the baby is born she keeps eating at least every 4 hours. |
