I had it for one month nothing happened I am still at 139. Instead of curbing hunger I used to feel really hungry after taking Body choice high fiber hoodia. may be it works for some people and does not work for others depending upon body types. |

hey Lamy_by_design I am in the same boat as you are. My periods are very heavy accompanied by painful cramps. I take rest for atleast first four days. Just to share with you because of my heavy periods iron levels in my body are depleted fast. This iron deficency leads to few other problems though not serious .I have to get my blood test done after every 6 months and take medicen accordingly. Do discuss your heavy periods with doctor as a precautionary measure. |

Even I had low iron levels last year and took slow-Fe , but last time didn't have problem of fatigue but my hair were thinning. Thanks a lot Robin1124. I am sure my iron levels have dropped again. My blood test is due this week.

Weight training leads to water retention by muscles as they need water to repair themselves. This weight will go in 4- 5 days. As kajikit said salt could be another reason of water retention. Its not possible to gain 3 pounds of fat specially when you are eating healthy and working out.

I have got fruits at home and I did prepare some food to avoid my temptation for chocolate,cashewnut, chips but I just don't feel like eating that healthy stuff. It goes on for just two days. Wll these two days affect my weight loss???

Working out using ellepticall really helps to shape up calves and butt. You can start with less resistance and can increase in with time. Step Aerobics is another way to shape up legs and butt. Hope this helps :)
