Actually a month of maintaining is probably a good idea. Just so your body doesn't reach a plateau. I would wait till you get closer to your goal though. |

Is there any room for me? I'm 5"2 Username: tihi18 Start weight: 136 Goal weight: 120 I've always had a problem with my weight and since I've had my girls I haven't been able to keep it where I want it. I've been yo-yoing between 130 and 160 for the last four years. I would love to be at 113 which is where I was 6 years ago but I'm going to go for 120.

You're actually not fat at all. You probably just need to tighten up. I mean we're almost the same weight and I'm 5'2. I don't really see how you consider yourself fat. Maybe you just don't have a flat tummy? Lots of thin girls don't have flat tummies. All you need to is a lot of cruches. Like 150 a day and you'll see a difference is a couple of weeks. |

Well I'm 5'2 and about 136lbs so I need to lose about 20lbs. So I'm probably not a good buddy either. But what you're doing is the right thing. Whenever you reach you plateau you should always change things up. You only have 10lbs pounds to lose so the best thing to is cut your calories and increase your exercise. Once you get close to your goal slowly increase your intake. |
