2 capfulls of acai berry juice

Breakfast- 1/2 cup dry oats, 1/2 cup whole milk 1 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 1 small mushroom lol

Before workout- 1/2 cup whole milk

Lunch- Tuna sandwhich( spinach, mustard, tomato, tuna, whole grain bread) another mushroom lol

Dinner- 4 oz salmon, tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup pinto beans

#2 Dinner- 4 oz salmon, 2 slices whole grain bread

  2. fruit smoothie/Raisin-cinnamon bagel/ 1/2 tbsp wannabe butter
  3. 6 pieces chocolate
  4. Raisin-cinnamon bagel
  5. Flounder fillet/fiber whole grain wheat thins/fruit smoothie
  6. hopefully nothing else out of boredem haha. im really going to make sure i have less calories tommorow =)

When i say binge i mean exactly what you said. Eating every junk you can possibly find! Im pretty sure i get all the right foods everyday.

My stats:

Height: 5'5

Activity level is pretty seditary because im homeschooled, sometimes i go to the gym but not so much recently.

I was 128.4lbs this morning but im sure more now!

And yes im female. Thanks alot for lending a hand

I will probably not do anything for New Year's.   Lucky me?  or if I do something, will be with couple friends (I'm single) unless I can swing a date in less than a week  =P  lol  --maybe if I work hard...      all my food / Xmas holiday eating was done on XMas eve....  just made myself sad (and more than a little tipsy) because i was bored and lonely.  It;s weird to be single again after almost 5 years...    I am feeling better now.    It was pretty cathartic to write that all down, meghan --- THANKS!   : D  

sounds like you did awesome at the gym!  keep it up.  wish I got to do that.   =P   I used the ex's Bowflex more than he did and I run and ride a bike.    I'm a teacher, so usually I get up at 5AM and do something every morning.    I am going to do it NOW like I said, but I know for sure when I go back to work/school, I will be back on track.    the hurdle on break right now is doing the workout before the coffee   =P 

TWO lbs of chocolate.  I'd have to give it away or I would for sure, sure eat too much of it.    can you make little end of the year gift bags with them for people at the New Year's party?  that might be kind of cool.  

I even had a post that was called "Staying motivated through the holidays"  (lol), but didn;t manage to keep it going like I'd intended.   I'd love to have a place to be accountable.  ( ;     keep on keeping on! 

 Yes, not alone is the best part. Everytime i binge or feel like im going to i come on and its makes me feel better. Good luck!

I was really hungry when I went to bed last night but I didn't really want to eat anymore so I figured I'd just wait until the morning. I never fell asleep because I was so hungry, and about an hour or so after I went to bed I began feeling really sick. I felt nauseous, like I might throw up, so I went into the bathroom. I began sweating heavily and my pulse quickened, and when I got up to look in the mirror to see how pale I was, I fainted. I was only out for a few seconds but when I came to I realized I needed something to eat ASAP. I got up and tried to walk to the kitchen to get some cheese, but I fainted 2 or 3 more times in the process. My mom helped me into my bed and gave me some Cheez-its, and I finally felt better after I ate a bunch of those.

So my question is, what am I doing wrong? I know that I am obviously not eating enough, but I thought that the minimum for women was 1200 calories. Is it because my body has been used to eating a lot more than that? When I was dieting before this summer I wasn't quite this strict with myself because I ate 1300-1500 calories daily, but I also got more exercise. I'm going to eat more today so this doesn't happen again, but I still want to diet because I still want to lose my binge weight. What would be a safe amount to eat per day?

Your body type kind of sounds like mine. I have a seditary lifestyle. I'm about 5'5, 128lbs, but tommorow i know i'll weight more because i binged so bad tonight! uhg. Did you dramatically change your calorie intake? I know what you mean, sometimes i'll stand up and get all light headed, kind of like a blackout. Ps im starting to eat 1,200 calories a day... except today must of been 34549067. Good luck to you!

lol thats a good idea if your home all day and get bored, just eat really slow then the next hour will come and when you finish it will be time again haha. Im not suggesting it im just saying thats kinda funny/neat

Started off well with pineapple chunks, the other half of the bunch of grapes (tho I still feel fairly obscene about that since it was a big bunch and I've eaten it in less than half a day) and carrot sticks, then:

about 5 mini celebrations chocs, loads of chocolate buttons, 4 chocolate fingers, some meat off a pizza topping, gingerbread (part of the gingerbread house I made), diet pepsi, a plastic cup full of champagne, chocolate buttercream icing...more chocolate buttons, mini smarties, cheese from the top of a pizza, liquorice allsorts.

About halfway through the evening (before I ate all that crap) I had THE worst stomach upset ever. Spent about 2 hours in and out of the bathroom and missed most of my party and seeing my friends who I haven't seen for ages since we started Uni.

And after everything I ate tonight I feel even fatter than I did to start with. I just feel like a whale at the moment and it's horrible. Question: How long does it take for water weight to "disappear" after a couple of days of heavy eating?

I think this happened to alot of people. I gained 10 pounds too! It sucks.. Most likely cause its harder not to binge eat (which i did alot of). Next holiday just watch your calories. And how you said your parents have the kitchen full of sweets... I know what you mean, my parents did the exact same thing and didn't eat anything. Lol they got mad when i threw my weakness food out but i don't care because the only person who was eating it was me.

Well its a new year! Holidays mess everyone up thats why people always have resolutions to lose weight. Get back on track like wystaria said. Good luck.

Today i woke up late so 5 small meals instead of 6

  1. Oatmeal/honey/skim milk/cinnamon
  2. 1 can sliced peaches/cottage cheese
  3. 3 tbsps hotair popped popcorn
  4. Arrowtooth flounder/spinach/mushrooms
  5. Banana/prune juice (ew i know it sounds gross lol)

I was working out with my sister, running a few miles five days a week and a few other exercises then both our periods stopped at the same time. She got pregnant but i just.. stopped? It's been 8 months now and still nothing. I eat healthy, same as i always have. i haven't lost or gained weight. i don't take birth control im obviously not pregnant. but my mom said her cousin lost her period for nine months so maybe its ok? im not sure

I never got bored of this diet i always liked having there cereals but it did NOT work for me. i ran a few miles 5 days a week. maybe i had to many calories? probably not i didn't eat very much at all besides what it said and my dinner was usually a peice of meat. well if you decide to try it good luck

can someone tell me if i eat too much? i can't tell since i think about it too much now. and if i don't overeat i think i still have too much to lose weight huh? >=(

 

breakfast: 1 bowl shredded wheat n bran /soy milk

snack: large all fruit smoothie

lunch: 2 bowls shredded wheat n bran/soymilk

snack: apple/ and a cup of blended steamed carrots/broccoli/potatoes

Dinner: 2 more bowls shredded wheat n bran/soy milk!! (i know lol i have alot of that)

breakfast-  shredded wheats/soy milk(as always)/banana

lunch- 2 bowls shredded wheats/soymilk/1 carrot

snack- cheerios/soymilk

dinner-  salmon fillet(no rice case my cheerio snack =(, but imight end up having some any hehe)

ps probably more carrots for snacks later
