Thanks santonacci~ That makes sense. I am just worried that i would be working out and not burning enough calories, but if my heart rate is up and im sweating....I'm probably burning enough... |

Oh! Thats a good idea! Because after awhile when the hunger hits you its a really intense hunger, and a snack before would probably take the edge off! |

Hi, In my experience i have noticed that excercise decreases my hunger for about an hour right after my workout, but then i get hungry and the more i workout the hungrier i am!!! Which i think is ok and totally normal since you are burning more calories. No matter how much i workout i stick with my 1200 daily calories, so i try not to workout for longer than 50 min. But everyone is different. Normally the rule of thumb is that if you workout more you should eat more, but i don't practice what i preach! I am rambling....hope i helped a little! Melissa |

Yes, that helps alot. I think once im done with my 6 weeks on Slim in 6 im going to give Power 90 a try. Is Power 90 a six week program? Does it give you a workout calander |

Divyaa- Hi, im new. Im 5'2 133 pounds and my goal is 120 pounds. Your post said you were 130 pounds and you dropped down to 120 pounds. How did you do it? Currently i am doing Slim in 6 six days a week and eating 1200 calories daily. This last 10 pounds has been so difficult for me!!! Any advice? |

Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
