Laughing Cow is great--both the light (35 cal) and regular (50). The thing I love the most is how far it goes. There is plenty to spread on 1 serving of whole grain crackers like All-Bran or enough to cover 2 big stalks of celery. If a Tader Joes is near you, they are much cheaper there. |

How much milk goes into each of the smoothies? The site only give information for 2% milk (who knows why--a typical Starbucks move anymore). Anyway I figure I can roughly figure out the difference on my own if I have measurements.
Thanks:) |

You said this is your third week. Could you be ready for your period? I know that the week before mine I am much hungrier. Once I start, my appetite goes down again. This may be your case as well. During that week, I do eat more. It actually only add up to about 200 cal a day. This helps with me avoid the point of no return hunger and then pigging out. Despite the extra calories, I still lose about 1 pound that week. The next week is great because I usually see a bigger loss after the water retention, etc. is done. |

At your age, height, and weight, I don't think you shoudl be worrying about "losing weight". You should be focusing on your exercise and eating habits so you can create a way of life. Swimchick is correct in that you are still developing. If you haven't started to your cycle yet, you may also have some significant growth in your height. Concentrate on being active and making good food choices. Cut out the fruit bars and and some whole grains, lowfat dairy, and some more lean protein. Good Luck and remember, focus on being healthy rather than losing weight.

I have a recipe for molasses cookies that are soft and chewy when fresh and crisp like a ginger snap later in the day--great with milk or coffee. |

I was never a 28 day cycle gal either, but after my kids I was every 28-29 days. Hopefully you will experience the same. It makes life much easier knowing when things will happen--try planning for a wedding 12 months out when you have no idea what will be happening that week:). Hope this helps |
