Mor: I think you were right : ) I'm pretty sure it was water weight or something... I'm back down six. Guess it was a bad day to weigh myself. (I try not to do it everyday...) Thanks for the encouragement. Venting helped me NOT order Taco Bell...How I love Taco Bell :) Welcome Bella! I am also a "newbie" on here...However, I have lost 6 pounds since joining a week and a half ago. So, I think it kinda works... Keep it up ladies!! : ) |

Mor: I'm feeling you on the frustration of dieting. I lost 5 pounds since being on CC. However, this morning all of it is back. I know I was a little bad this weekend... but I don't see how one day of eating bad can make me feel so bloated and gain weight on the scale. I guess I'll have to cut out my favorite day, "cheat day". : ( I'm back to square one, guess I'll be at the gym for a couple hours... |

Hi ladies! I have a pretty good tip for when you go out to eat or go out on a vacation, especially when you order something unhealthy... Ask for a box when they bring you your meal and box half of it up immediately or eat until you are full and as soon as you are full put all the trash on the table on your plate, this prohibits senseless eating after you are "done". I have been a overeater for a long time...you know the kind. Eat so much you have to nap afterwards. But lately, I've been really good about this. Keep up the good work :) |

Hey guys...I just joined up and I saw that we are all in the same boat : ) I'm 5'5" and 158, I have recently gotten over a knee surgery and have started hitting the gym and eating healthy again, I was 170ish about 2 months ago. Thought talking to people would help, since i think I've hit a plateau. Also, I see there is a fellow vampire novel reader...hehe. I LOVE Kim Harrison if you need a new book to read in the near future... |
