I like the green tea because there is a couple flavors that have caffeine in it... try it maybe it will work for you.... Good Luck!

Weight Loss 100+ lbs to Go Losing2gether Sucessfully Club Jul 07 2008

When I joined this site my weight was at 325.00 The highest weight that I have been was 335.00.  I started my lifestyle change on  6/9/08 and to date I have lost 13lbs in 3 weeks. My goal is to lose 150 lbs in one year. I budget my calories every day and try to work out. That is my biggest battle is excercise and getting motivated to excercise. I like to walk and I have a gym membership and I dont use it. I also have a ton of videos. Usually my best friend and I work out together, but she is out of town for 6 weeks on a job. And my hubby loves my body the way it is and he doesnt need to work out because he is 6ft tall 150lbs and has a very physically demanding job. Anyone got any suggestions on how to get motivated to excercise. I am doing great on calorie and fat intake counting, but I know that I would be doing even better by excercising.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

Weight Loss Binging after months of eating healthy? Jul 03 2008

I agree that you should really look into what you are doing with your diet. I know for myself when i was considering a lifestyle change I told my doctor I was a chocoholic. She admitted that she was one too. She said what she does is budgets her calories. She knows that she has to have chocolate everyday. So what she does is she eats a couple hershy kisses, or the treasures, or the fun size bag of m&m's. I have done the same thing and it has worked for me. I dont let myself go with out any of my favorite foods. I just eat them in moderation. For example... today we had a BBQ at work, and I knew that were were going to have one, so I budgeted out my calories in order to eat with my coworkers..I had pasta salad, 4 oz steak, and Boston creme strawberry cake.... and i havent even broke 1500 calories yet today with breakfast and a snack.  Try indulging in your favorite foods once in awhile in moderation and dont forget that if you fall of track that tomorrow is a new day.. hope this helps

Weight Loss Does anyone else have this problem? Jul 02 2008

I did have the same problem in the past.... This time when i started a lifestyle change I went to the doctor and discussed some options and the fact that I feel hungry because I know I am not going to be able to eat. My doctor asked me why I cant eat. She told me that I need to budget my calories like I would budget my check book. And now I dont feel hungry, because I know that I can eat... Maybe that is a psycolgical thing... but maybe try it... So far in two and a half weeks I have lost 13 pounds, and I have eaten pizza, ribs, even chocolate satin pie.. all because I have budgeted and been able to keep with in my calorie range. Try it, it may work, because if you know that you are on a diet and cant have something, then you are going to want it even more, If you are making a lifestyle change and want to eat the foods you love, just make sure to have portion control and also to budget your calories so you can eat the foods you love.
