Wow Chacha!! That is fantastic! Congratulations on your tremendous loss. I, unfortunately, haven't really been keeping up with my workouts lately but plan on doing so this week. I've been to the gym twice and hope to go again tomorrow. I, very fortunately, haven't gained any weight, but haven't lost any either. I am still at 112.6. I have 7.6 pounds to go. We can do it!!! Hang in there and keep doing what you're doing!

Hi there! I know I've been missing for a couple weeks. I went on vacation with family. I was very worried that I was going to gain weight...but I didn't! I kept up with  staying active. Not as active I should've been...but still was able to lose some. So here's the update:

Start- 120lbs

Last weigh-in- 113lbs

8/25- 112.6

I hope to be able to post again on Friday. If not...I will post some time this weekend! Hope everyone else has been doing great!!! Keep working hard!

Hi there. Sorry for the late update. I actually haven't been to the gym in sometime and have been trying to keep the exercise up by walking around the neighborhood. Not sure what my weight is...haven't weighed myself since July 25. However, I have a feeling that I gained about 3 pounds...pretty discouraging. I am going to try and make it to the gym today. Between work and school I have just been too busy. I'll update my weight as soon as I make it to a scale!

Glad to see you're still here jfontaine!! And great job on your weight losses jfontaine and chacha!! Wish me luck...hopefully I won't be too disappointed! Keep working strong and getting those pounds off!!

Here's my update:

Start -120lbs.

Last week-113.6lbs.

7/25- 113lbs

I lost .6 pound which I am very happy with because I haven't been to the gym once this week because of car problems. I have been trying to stay strict with my food this week and it's helped lots! Hope to have a much better week next week. Hope everyone else had a good week! Keep working hard!!

Yeah...Congrats Chacha!! Way to go...I know the last 10 pounds are usually the hardest to lose...so we have to stay strong and keep on truckin'. Don't think it's going to be as easy as before to lose the weight especially since I am heading towards the BIG 5 pound mark which is usually where I give up!

Kla...I know that feeling too...just stay strong and keep working hard! Any loss is still a loss and that is fantastic!! It is a new week and a great chance to start new again and be stronger than before!! Hang in there and we're here for support!!

Everyone else....hope you are hanging in there as well and working hard. Keep losing those pounds and gaining that confidence!!

Hey Chacha...at least you lost and didn't gain!!! Keep working hard and do whatever little exercise that you are able to do! You'll be fine. Dedication is the biggest part in losing any weight and you definitely have it!

Here's my update:

Start -120lbs.

Last week-115.5lbs

7/18- 113.6lbs!!

I LOST 1.9lbs!! I am very excited considering that I was still worried that I was still going to see more gain because of my vacation. But I guess all that jumping around in the pool for hours a day helped me out lots! 8.6lbs to go!! Hoping to do it before summer ends. Hope everyone else is having a great week! And if you did gain, don't fret...just see where you went wrong and work hard!!

Start- 120lbs.

last week-115lbs.

7/11- 115.5lbs

Unfortunately due to my vacation filled with plenty of BBQ's....I gained .5lb. It's at least not as bad as I thought it would be...but still a big let down that I gained. Thank goodness I worked out a few days during my vacation or else I would have seen a bigger gain. Well now I have to work even harder and hope to see a loss next week. Wish me luck...and hope everyone had a good week!!! Remember any loss is still a loss!!

Sorry for the late reply. I was actually on vacation with the family and didn't have time to get to a computer last week.

Here's the update:

Start- 125lbs

6/13-119lbs

6/20- 117.5lbs

6/27- 116lbs

7/8-115lbs

I am down 1lb!!! Which is great to me considering that I went a little crazy this past week during vacation. However, that is the weigh in from last week so...I am a bit scared that I will see a gain this week because of the numerous CARB-infested BBQ's from last week. Congrats to everyone who has lost weight! Keep working hard and staying strong!!!

Last week- 117.5

6/27- 116

Down 1.5 lbs!! So far so good! Hopefully next week I can hit that 2lb. loss mark. Hope everyone else is doing good and having a good week!

Chacha a .8 loss is Great!!! It's always better to lose something than to gain anything. I bet next week you'll see a bigger drop. Keep working hard everyone!

Start weight 5/19- 125

I am doing great! I have been keeping up with my workouts and have not gone over 1000 calories everyday so far this week. I've been to the gym 3 times so far this week and hopefully can make there tonight! Been eating some carbs but still maintaining my calorie count. Hopefully Friday will be a good day for me. Vacation is coming up quick....two weeks...trying to look as good as I can!! Hope everyone else is doing good...keep the workouts up and calories low!

Start weight 5/19- 125

LOSS- 2lbs for the week!!! (normally about 1lb so this week is great!)

I started my diet on May 19 and have had about a 1-2lb loss each week.  I hope to loss more next week. It's tough because I think I am doing too much weights which is turning all of my fat into muscle and am not losing the pounds I would like. Considering that I am going to the gym about 4-6 times a week doing 30-45 min of cardio then 30-45 min of weights? I am also taking in no more than 1100 calories a day....lots of fruit veggies and meat and minimal carbs. Maybe I should be working harder??

Well....I have 14lbs to reach my goal! It'll be tough but I know I can do it!

Hey There! I currently weigh 120 lbs and am 4'11"- I would LOVE to lose weight with all of you! I only want to lose 15 lbs though and hope this is alright. Can you add me to the chart? I am going to stick to about 1000 calories a day. I plan on working out 4-5 days a week consisting of 30-45 min of cardio (elliptical/treadmill) and 30-45 min of weights. I am sure that we can all do it! Hang in there ladies!
