you can get ace bandages at almost every store but if i were you I would just get a good high impact sports bra that is the right size. I am sure you will receive the look that u are going for. Think of it this way... If for some reason you have to take off  your shirt (hey!!! things happen) do you really want to have to explain saran wrap or ace bandages when a sports bra could do the trick?????  you're young! It's about to be the weekend! So stop stressing, have fun, and go party(but not to much)!!

Good Job- i definitely saw it!! I like being special lol!! Now you need to use your newly found saran wrap cutting skills. Saran wrap a door close, cut off the lights and call them into the room. their face is priceless!! even funnier when they are running in the room. GOOD TIMES!!

off topic but I wanted you to put your Saran wrap to good use!

wuz up kiddo,

I would say look for high impact sports bras. I dont have one particular brand but it is a good idea to look for them in sporty type stores (sports academy).

saran wrap (hahaha) dont do it plz.

1st- your parents will have a fun time trying to catch the saran wrap bandit :)

2st- it can create lumps if it get to tight.

3rd- saran can get tighter through out the day (would not be comfy)

* pus the sweat, plastic and flesh  marinating for hours... NOT THA BIZZNAZZ (not good in case you never heard that phrase)

also If you are around the same size as in that last thread i really dont think losing weight will help.

Basketball!!!

It does take a little skill but you are so focused and it is so fast pace that you wont think about being tired... Until the end. great sport!

lol! cute!

ok! so don't take offence if some don't apply to you.

1. if you are doing it because you have a large chest. Find a bra with little to no padding.

2. if you are doing it because you are going for the no chest "boyish look" (catch my drift) then fitted sports bra and fitted "wife beater"(tank top) under clothes.

* taping is not that great of an idea ( if it is too tight it can create lumps where it is too tight). there are other reasons why this is not that great of an idea...

but I'm not sure how old you are sooo...

hope this helps

When you tell someone not to do something it gives more reason to do it!!!

WHY do you want to make your boobs smaller???

It depends on what you are trying to do. Is this a long term thing or one day thing?

oh yea! im glad you grew out of that "Need to be skinny" phase.

to all of your questions about alcohol: when i know im going to at a party or drinking later that night, i usually try to keep it under 100 calories food wise during the day, that way i still feel a buzz after a shot or 2 and i dont have to drink a lot. also, i STAY AWAY FROM BEER

you only eat 100 calories of food that daySurprised!!!  WOWWWWW. That cant be healthy. Maybe I misunderstood what your saying... Did I?

Drink in moderation and look up your favorite drinks before hand to see the calories in it. Also, instead of limiting your calorie intake to make up for the drinking use that day as a maintenance day. Use that day as more of a resting day and go back to you losing intake the next day.

Hey there is nothing wrong with being a geek. I love Geeks!! intelligence is sexy(remember that)!!! One thing that you could do is every two hours of computer work do ten minutes of some type of cardio. Maybe invest in a jump rope, take a brisk walk/ jog or maybe even walk up and down the stairs. You should also set up a time to go to the gym (does your school have one for free?).

PS. Watch what you eat!!

hey everyone

Im like Frosh, in that, i have not gained the freshman fifteen but I am trying to lose a little an tone alot! I am a junior in college and I am suffering from bcss(broke college student syndrome) so I have to be really creative with eating healthy. I use the gym at my school and also run throughout the campus. Hopefully this will encourage me to put more effort into getting a really solid workout and eating routine.

I think the best thing for you to do is to fill up a reusable bottle with water to get you through most of the day. If you finish off the water that you brought then go to the tea or diet soda. that way you wont have to worry about drinking it in large amounts. But I know it all depends on what job you have and if you have a place to keep the water. Do you have a desk job?

change my genetic code! lol, I will try that!!

I  am not trying to have it completely flat or anything its just that I am 5"5' 125 lb and I want to lose the last five. I just wanted to find exercises or things that could help tone my stomach area. I was hoping that in addition to eating right and exercising (mostly cardio) that there would be something to help target that specific area.
