 Meal 1: 2 hard boiled eggs, 200g shrimps (350kcal)

Meal 2: 40g protein swe bar (200kcal)

Meal 3: 200g beef, 2 crispbread, 1 cup cabbage (550kcal)

Meal 4: 20g protein fibre pro bar, 30g 100% on whey protein drink (300kcal)

Meal 5: 300g chicken breast, 2 cup broccoli (500kcal)

Total: 1900kcal. ~270g protein, ~60g carbs, ~60g fat

Hardcore Strength training 4 days a week (1-2 hours each)

Hiit 3 times a week (10-20 minutes each)

Normal cardio (elliptical) 3 times a week (30-40 minutes)

Soft Strength training 4 times a week (30 minutes)

 

That is like 1-3 hours of working out 6-7 times a week.

 

I eat 1800-2000 calories a day, around 100-200grams of protein.

 

Yes im into bodybuilding.

U dont need lose more weight, youre gonna be at an unhealthy weight if u do.

 

Youre thin enough, ur upper arm is like my wrist?

 

Note: Im at middle of the healthy weight. I lift weight and do cardio and I eat 2000 calories everyday, I never gain weight.

You also do cardio more than me which means you burn more, you're taller, you're thinner, ure supposed to burn more than me (ure supposed also to eat 2000 calories everyday and still not lose weight)

I just noticed I forgot write about myself:


I  think my meals and calories been REALLY much different  everyday. I basically never thought about food. I ate whenever I wanted, I ate whatever I wanted. I could eaten like 2 mc donadls menu's at one day, I could only eaten candy at one day. I never liked real meal.. But Now Ive changed:)

I was really in love and that guy was perfect for me. But the special feelings didnt last and he broke up wit me. And now Im heartbroken and feels like there wouldnt be anyone better.

OHH Im so happy you are recovering. DONT EVER go back to bulimic or anorexic again. I agree with the others, you would look 100x better with 30 lbs more. And dont panic about gaining weight from the begining, YOU WONT REGRET IT I PROMISE.

From what you said it seems like you are waking up every morning hope to lose weight. To long for it so much everyday makes your life boring AND make everything seems impossible and long.

A diet is forever, its not like something you do for a month and lose weight then you can eat whatever you want.

Please make diet a *fun* part of your life and you will get what you want.

I dont see how it is right I mean everyones body are different. Some just never lose weight, and some just lose weight by eating 3000 calories a day.

Its not like if you have 999 kcal deficit you wont be in starvation mode but if you eat 1001 you will. You get what I mean?

It makes me nuts too. But I can understand it. I'm about 5'4"... I'm 23 now. And I'm about 162 lbs. When I was 15-16, I weighed 125-130, and I was never happy with myself. I had an unhealthy relationship with food (always felt like I should be dieting/exercising/eating less, felt guilty all the time when I ate anything, really borderline eating disorder)... I think that is how I ended up gaining so much weight as I got into my 20s. I am only now learning about how to eat healthily, and I've been working on my self esteem in therapy. I'm feeling better about myself now at 162 lbs than I did at 125 lbs! Of course, I'm still hoping to get back down to that weight which is much healthier for my height.


Anyway what I'm trying to say is, I know how it feels to obsess about every little detail of your body. I would definitely recommend exercise but not with weight loss being a goal. Keep up a healthful diet but try to be gentle with yourself if you ever make mistakes. Too much strictness can't be maintained forever.

Try keeping a diary about your feelings, especially about yourself. One thing I tried doing for a while was, to write down all the things I did that day that I felt good about. Focusing on the positive can be really helpful.

For example, you should feel great about yourself for caring about your diet and eating well, for getting into an exercise habit early on in your life (it's sooo good for you). Those are two huge things and I bet there are tons more that I have no idea about from reading your one post :)

Good luck and please don't focus so much on the numbers on the scale. You *are* a healthy weight for your height. Focus on how great exercise makes you feel.

I didnt say I wasnt satisfied with my weight, all I said was wanting to know why it doesnt change than however much I eat.

I'm very thin and small and I don't feel I am very strong, but I use at least 10's, 15's, and 20's to do my free weight strength training. Do not worry about bulking up (unless your on roids or taking testosterone pills) you will NOT bulk up. But you will get toned. Your body will eventually get used to those 9ers and you will be doing nothing more than aerobic training (cardio). So try to do sets. A set of 9, move up a weight, move up a weight, move up a weight.

For example: curls/rows/other free weight arm moves

9lbs: do 14
rest
10lbs: do 10
rest
15lbs: do 8
rest
20lbs: do 4
rest
Repeat if you need to. If you do a more difficult weight routine then you will NEED a rest day. And overall you will become more toned and stronger.

 

Thanks for ur reply. Well I started with like 5 lbs it was ok, it was a lil hard acctually but I was really weak for some reason. Before I started with 5 lbs I never kinda been active lol. But now Im up to 9-10 lbs and its ok, not THAT hard that I cant lift it, I can do pretty much with 9 lbs and get tired after 8 minutes nonstop..

 

And no Im not afraid of bulking up, I acctually want to bulk up my arms a little. I really dont care how much I weight or how big my arm is going to be, all I want is get the fat away from my thighs and stomach :/ but this whole getting fit/healthy/weight loss thing is just confusing and complicated.

Im 114 Pounds. 5"4.

I lost weight a long time ago when I was 12 now Im 18 But I only use this site to talk on forums, I dieted in my head =)))) And started at 168 Pounds. Cereal really did help me lose weight though. And By the way I don't believe in the whole idea of "A calorie Is a calorie" thing, If it's healthy eat it, and cereal is healthy so eat more of it ;)

Why are you losing anyways you look thin, How much do you weigh? How much do you want to lose? And how tall are you?

Im not sure, only thing I count is calorie and I know I eat alot lean meat and protein. Only thing Im worried about is I eat cereal instead of rice, pasta, potatoe with the lean meat. I dont know if this is ok or not :/ And I eat around 1500 calories each day
