| The ab-lounger is like any other "toy". If you follow the manufacturer's directions, use proper form and technique, you will get results. I use mine 2-3 times a week. I found that I will use the ab-lounger but can't stay with a regular crunch regimen. Used properly you should get the same results as crunches on the floor. If you are looking for "ripped" abs in 10 days, it just isn't going to happen. | |||

| I smoked for 38 years and quit 2 years ago. Yes, I gained weight and am still working to loose it. It's worth it! You can do it! Try quitnet.com it's a great support group site. |

| This looks like an advanced workout that should only be done by someone who has worked up to it. Squat thrust, Ski Jumps, and some others should be attempted with caution by those with knee or back trouble.

| 58 yr old retiree here. I use the site for the calorie count and have learned a lot from the forums. I'm not diabetic but the site can't hurt.
