Fitness What do y'all think about the ab lounger? Sep 17 2007

The ab-lounger is like any other "toy". If you follow the manufacturer's directions, use proper form and technique, you will get results. I use mine 2-3 times a week. I found that I will use the ab-lounger but can't stay with a regular crunch regimen. Used properly you should get the same results as crunches on the floor. If you are looking for "ripped" abs in 10 days, it just isn't going to happen.

This looks like an advanced workout that should only be done by someone who has worked up to it. Squat thrust, Ski Jumps, and some others should be attempted with caution by those with knee or back trouble.
