Thanks for the advice everyone! I will try to drink more water, good idea. I actually weighed a pound less when I stepped on the scale today. Holla! Hopefully that lb won't be back tomorrow! But I'll just keep at it though, and I'm glad to hear that other people have gone through the same thing in the beginning. |

I'm 29 and 5'10" and currently 184. I recently went back to school and started taking the birth control pill, so in the past 2 years I have gained around 25 lbs. I've started doing calorie counter and exercising 5 to 6 times a week, cardio and weight training 1/2 hour to an hour a day (I freelance right now so I can fit it in). It's been about 2 weeks so far I have not seen ANY results. I'm currently on 1,500 calories a day. How many calories are you other tall ladies on? |
