I usually weigh in on tuesdays but I can do fridays too!

I'm on a strict training program, we don't really count calories... more carbs and proteins and fats, but without veggies I have about 1000 cals a day. I'd say with veggies I hover around 1200

Ugh I just got home from the gym (INTENSE WORKOUT!!!) but i ruined it by binge eating :( No more food for me today I ate all of my calories!!

I have a wedding to go to on Saturday so I need to be good for the next four days!!!

I just bought a skipping rope... 30 minutes of skipping (walking in between sets) burns 300 calories!!! Skip outside V! It's fun and you'll sweat like you've never sweat before!!

I went with a reverse perm... I had a fro and now have sleek straight hair :P

The one thing that sucks is you can't dye your hair at all... or at least not in my case, and it dries out your scalp for the first week.

Your diet sounds ideal for training with low GI carbs and protein at every meal.

I'm no expert but based on the hi-protein and low carb/low GI carb intake, if your calorie output is higher than your input you should be losing fat no problem. You're doing both cardio and weights so I don't see why not. If you want a bit more, try cutting out carbs at night, for your last two meals, and replace them with good fats.

This is all based on the current regiment I'm on with a trainer.

From what i understand, you want to get lean, so you WANT to do high reps but low sets. Most men, on the other hand, will do low reps and high sets to bulk up their muscles. To tone, do 15-20 reps and 3 sets, or at least thats the norm. 

As for rest, you're right. When it comes to weights, you need to rest the muscle group you worked out for 48 hours before doing it over again.

I'm not familiar with the 30 day shred, but from what you say if it's high reps and low weights every day, it might be more of a cardio workout than anything mixed with a bit of strength training. Does it make you do any heavy lifting?

Okay everyone so I have a question about this too, I love kraft peanut butter and I know it's not all natural, but I've been going with the low fat one which has about 90 calories for 1 tbsp and 6 grams of fat, is it just as bad?

I hate hate the milky stuff so i tried out Nectar and its 0fat/0carbs protein isolate! My favorite is strawberry kiwi which totally tastes like a daquiri :) yummyyyy They also have cherry, chocolate, fuzzy navel and raspberry!! It's my favorite, i'm never going back!!

I completely agree. I'm 5'3 and 147, i'm aiming for 130 which is the "limit" (if you will) for my height. Even then though, I think i'll be a 4 at the most if i'm lucky and that has me thrilled. A zero for most women is sickly! But all this time i've learnt that numbers don't matter. We obsess with the numbers FAR too much... the only ones with should bother with are the lost inches.

Hey CNN says this isn't confirmed.... all thats confirmed is that he wasn't breathing when police arrived. LA times said he did die, but everyone is basing themselves on the LA times.... just saying...
