Thank God I have a big freezer, as I freeze a lot of things I buy in bulk. Chicken breasts Wholemeal pittas, wraps and bread rolls Frozen veg Then in my cupboard :- Wholewheat pasta, brown rice, cous cous, kidney beans, egg noodles Weight watchers soups ( I usually bulk these up with other things) Tinned tomato, baked beans, tuna, pineapple Sauces (Worcester, soy) Olive oil, herbs & spices, marinades, dressings, mayo Boxes of cereal, cartons of uht milk (keeps longer) Low fat crisps I think that's about it

I started off a very light blonde, then over the years my hair went a darker blonde, then brown. I would love to go back to blonde, but I think darker suits me better, not too dark though as I am very pale. I used to want my hair red like Claire Danes on My So Called Life, but never dared. |

I think the amount lost in cooking wouldn't make that much difference. I would just log the burger as it is. You can never get the exact amount. I mean you could do that with every bit of food you eat, but it may become a bit obsessive. |

Supposedly if you die in your dream you actually die. So obviously that's not true. I had a dream once that creatures were biting my feet and i could feel the pain. When I woke up I had pins and needles in my foot. So you can still feel things in your sleep. |

I'm not a sleep doctor, but I do know that some sleep is better than no sleep. Obviously getting a long sleep over a 5-7 hours would be better. When I was working shifts my sleep pattern was all over the place, but most of the time when I got a lot of sleep I felt more tired in the morning, than when I didn't get much sleep. |

I think that everyday that you don't log a loss in weight it is obviously going to take longer. The next time you log a weight loss (or just try it as an example, you can always delete it afterwards) the date will change. |

I only drink plain old black coffee & tea, water or skimmed milk, the milk I drink is only 50cals for 150grams. I count it all in my calories. If I drink alcohol I count that aswell. |

The olympics don't interest me at all. And the next one's here in the Uk, I can only imagine how much more tax we'll have to pay to cover that. I think it's a total waste of money. |

Every 3500 cals equals 1lb. So you need a 500 cal deficit every day to loose a pound. |

I usually go to bed late and get up late, so I find myself hungry later in the evening and end up eating late. I just don't eat after midnight as that's the start of a new day on your burn meter. |

For starters I wouldn't have set meals and meal times, like breakfast, dinner, tea etc I'd just eat whatever I fancied, whenever I wanted.

I love steak and kidney pie, made with suet pastry. Steak and ale pie Chicken and leek pie I also love mince pies at Christmas, especially as you have to wait a whole year till the next one.

I just made a sweet potato salad. I microwaved the potato, then peeled it and chopped it into cubes. I then added it to a salad of spinach, tomato, onion, celery and a light mayo dressing I made myself. Delicious & you can have any kind of salad you want & even add meat to it aswell. |
