thanx all for the suggestion.and lalabanana i think you really had the same thing as me.m home sick as well.cox m living in only my room in student dormitory after coming to class.all the foods are in a small place separated in my room.i just sneak to them when eer i feel bored.lonely or worried.

i think m going to try the whriting thing and walking and keeping me bxy. cox in day time when m engaged in other works i don;t crave anythng.when nightfalls and i rest.everyhtng comes in bunches and i always binge in night.

also lov those muffins and short breads with frosting ,nuts and raisins.mmmmmmm yummy.

thanx a lot for the advices. i'm definitley going to plane a balanced diet from tomorrow. I thought a diet once in a life time is not going to do me any harm.but now that it leads to this. I think I am never going to follow another dietplane in my life.

i do not eat brocolli/beans,niether i use straw nor sweeteners at all. i don't chew gums also. but i do drink hot milk and tea. which som pple say is good while others say bad.so dunno what is right.

dr told me no to eat any oil or fat and spice. so i hav'nt used any oil or solid fat any of my foods. i made my foods my self specially for about 2 months.

still this things getting worse and somtimes it do pain. do any1 have any thing else u do to get rid of this problem?

day before yesterday 3000 cal and 2600 calories and today 1600 calories.

but i need to know any other ways to induce my period wothout thise hormone pills. m really concerned about it . i think ill go mad thinking about this if it didn't happen soon. so pls any exercise or any food which may be good?

i also think its both. but now i am more stressed because i didn't have it.

this is the 1st time i ever did a diet, and i am eating now to get the periods.i eat bread,buns,rice milk biscuits,fruits and veggies. do any one know anything else i can do except medication.

eat only very ripe banan and lots of whole milk for one day. i somtimes do that when i feel to eat ice cream and chocolate. it really reduces the crankiness. you can make banan milk shake if u want.you will be sick of all being swt.

all my friends here tell  me same.but i really feel i am too fat.i have been trying telling my self and people that i don't want to loose any more.i should keep this weight, i am not trying to loose weight.

but you know,very deep inside all that are lies. even if i tell my self 100 times that i am not fat, i still feel i am fat. and i really don't wanna eat this much.when ever i eat a food containing calories, i spent the whole day feeling guilty about it. So i really need to controll this eating biscuit and bread ehich i started last week.

actually i also know tht i am underweight, but the thing is like elli said i really don't want everyone telling me "oh,look, u gained weight".

cox m sure that will be the 1st thng in every friend of mine there when they see me.

but i think i should go the healthy way and i've changed my mind. not to gain more than now. after all its only 3 kgs. right!!!

woooooow.thats superb. i hav been trying to loose 3 kgs for 2 months.but still not even 1 lb lost.

can you tell me what you did? cox i really want to loose 3 kgs before july 15.thats y i started so soon.
