each person's body is different; they're affected differently by different lifestyles and diets. i'm going to try Fast-5 to see if it works out for me. do you recommend keeping within your daily calorie intake or can i eat whatever i want within five hours? |

i went out of the house today (away from the kitchen), took long walks, and swapped peanut butter instead of regular butter. i only ate 6 slices of bread! i'm taking a slow, steady pace toward my old habits. |

i wanted to maintain my 120 lb frame. now i weigh 145+. this is probably a sugar addiction. i researched sugar addiction on the internet but i still eat butter, nasty fat and mayonayse. what upsets me the MOST is that i tried to eat my regular serving of steamed veggies, but now they taste nasty! my taste buds prefer sugar/butter to broccoli now. |
