| yeah it can be so difficult. lately i have been throwing up... but it started out as just something like you're talking about.
it is a disease and never leaves you... so its not really about learning how to overcome it but more learning how to deal with it and manage it. depression in today's world is a difficult thing to deal with because, along with the stressful and constant stream of information, propaganda, and insisting opinions of others, most psychiatrists prescribe unnecessary amounts of anti-depressants. as well as probably a good 70% of the time, the people don't actually have a chemical imbalance to require these serotonin inhibitors... they're just going through a tough time in their life or have raging hormones or what-have you. either way... people are all too often mis-prescribed medication. but... if you don't have one already, i strongly recommend a good therapist or psychologist... however i would not trust a psychiatrist (they're usually paid off by drug companies TOO prescribe a certain quota of medication every month). |

Hi there I'm Katie. I'm 5 7' and i weight about 150 lbs. however i want to be 130 lbs My biggest motivation is just in general.... the way i look. im really big into being fit and after my last year's binging from trying to gain weight (after being a scary 117 lbs and almost no fat) i gained alot of weight. not only that, ive gained so much weight that i cannot fit into my clothes and i dont have enough money to buy new ones. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO ADD FRIENDS in order to help myself with loosing weight and help others as well. ive been through alot so i think that i can help, however i still need help myself. |
