It depends on what you eat. Carbs take about 3-4 hours to digest, protein takes about 2-3 and fats take about 1-2. They say not to eat a few hours before you go to bed, because you want your food to be fully digested before you go to sleep, so your head can focus on getting good rest, not on what your stomach is doing. It helps you get the sleep you need. It also takes longer to digest food while your sleeping, so when you could be burning calories in your sleep, instead, you are digested your food all night long.

When I'm BORED.

Really, that is the WORST time. I'm just like, OH FOOD! I have nothing better to do, sooooo.... MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH. hahahahaha

I end up cleaning or something just to get my mind off of eating! Oh, and what I do when I watch tv: First off. DON'T GET ANYTHING TO EAT. Go get a big glass of water and simply don't think about it. Secondly, I do crunches during commercials! I can't stand commercials. So, it's flattening my abs while relieving one of my biggest pet peeves. :)

Sure, but the carbonated won't be too great for you. Flavored water would be better, but still not as good as just regular water.

I'm fifteen. I'm one of my mother's three daughters. I am incredibly close to my  mom, although we get REALLY frustrated with each other a lot. My mom is an amazing mother, but she gets so self-conscious that she's not. It's normal to feel that way.

Sure, tell him, but don't offend him because he is being a perfect boyfriend. :) That's so sweet of him to do that. Whenever I receive something like that, I typically hide it from myself, like in the bottom of a drawer, so it's out of sight. out of mind. Tell him you sincerely appreciate the thought, but you hope it's not a regular thing for the sake of your own body. :)

wistfulxthinking, haha. I'm definitely a health nut. You can ask anyone in my family or my friends. haha. But how can I stay healthy, but get the calories I need? I don't want to gain weight. Just get more calories than I've been taking.

Well, for my dance team, I definitely have to be healthy and watch what I eat. I definitely think that I need to be eating more, but of what? How do I get al those proteins, fibers and vitamins in? I definitely get my whole grains. I love pastas and cereals. haha. But if anyone could help me figure out a good diet plan to help get all the nutrients I need in a day, I'd appreciate it! :)
