UPDATE!

So, I went away for the long weekend.  Had lots of fun and bought a &$@! load of new clothes but feel as if I gained weight.  Don't know yet, haven't weighed myself and don't plan to until Friday.

lost: 0 lbs

Didn't lose any these past couple weeks.  Oh well at least I didn't gain!

I'm still here.  Will be weighing in on Friday.  Forgot to again last Friday, but every second week actually makes me feel better.  The funny thing is I haven't been counting my calories to the T this last month and have still been losing weight!

I used to be a "glass of wine every week night and a couple bottles on the weekend kinda girl" now I save it for one night during the weekend and drink one whole bottle of wine to myself.  Only four glasses in total and it's well worth the wait.

Tomorrow's weigh in day for me and I'm a little afraid.  I've had family in all week and so have been eating and drinking more than usual.  I haven't weighed in since July 31st...so I guess we'll see.  Hope all is well.

Yeah, so I forgot to weigh in this morning.  Woke up late and had to haul it to work.  I will just have to wait until next Friday.  I do know I did well though, didn't do so bad with food choices and walked everyday to and from work (except for today ofcourse).

I find that I like to weigh in on Friday's.  That way I don't feel bad about having a glass of wine while I'm out with friends during the weekend.  Is that okay?

height: 5'4"

current wt: 140 lbs

goal wt: 120 or 115 (depends on how I feel)

cal intake: 1400 cal per day

(1.5 hours walking to and from work - 5 days and week, light weights and core excercises)

I was really bad this weekend, ate to much, drank to much, didn't do much excercise.  But I am back on track.  Did we decide what day is weigh in day?  I've read everyone's post and couldn't find a day.

I haven't been too strict with myself as I know I will be giving in to a few indulgences (alcohol, wonderful food) while I am on holiday...trying to see how it is working for me, still losing but slowly...which is great!  I will be weighing in this Friday, but since I haven't had time to post this in the past two weeks I thougt I would now. I leave for Mexico on Saturday...I hope I get down at least one more pound before than.

I would love to join as well, I have 8 pounds to lose before my mexico trip on April 12, 2009.  I bought the bikini and don't look horrible in it, but just want to look better.

This used to happen to me when I ate dinner that early.  Now I have my last snack of the day at 4:00 pm and then work out from 5:30 till 6:00.  I usually eat dinner at 7:00 or 7:30 and then I feel full for the rest of the evening (In bed by 10 or 11).  Hope this helps.

Vaseline!  It's great.  Wash hands, dry and apply vaseline, wrap hands in saran wrap for 30 minutes.  Remove saran wrap and hands are as good as new.

Thanks Haley.  I never know what kind of response I am going to get from a post.  I don't think that I should eat if I can't keep it down.  I will try to have some hot soup with pepper for lunch today, that sounds pretty great actually.  Thank again.

1 tbsp. of ground pistachios, sprinkle of splenda brown sugar and pepper...yum (these measurments are for one filet).  I normally do this on the bbq, but I think it would be just as good in the oven.  I serve with wilted spinach and some rice, full meal not so many calories.
