Wow olivia, pizza hut and still within the limit !?!?!? Great job.. I wish I can restrain myself like that. Hope you feel better puppykisses. I decided to try out the pump class added to my run last Tuesday. I am glad I did. Even today, with my arms and thighs aching, I am still loving it. It's been a while since I feel this kind of burn. You know I have never tried cottage cheese before, but decided to try it this week because of the challenge. Oh my, how I love it. With fresh peach, it's divine. Looking forward, (NOT...!!) to weigh in tomorrow. Hope I see a bigger lose. Have a good day everyone. |

Total loss: 5.6 lbs. 29.4 lbs to go. Accomplishment this week: I finally manage to jog 30 min nonstop. Next plan is to increase my speed slowly. Congrats r4eboxer for hitting the halfway point!! Thanks alle for the info. I am definitely going to try it. |

My weigh in for today:
Total % loss to date: 3.19%, 4.6 lbs I am so ready for the Oct challenge. I have been averaging 80 - 90 oz of water daily. I did a total of 400 situps. I would love to average 1.5 lbs to 2 lbs lost a week, but it was harder to break 140s. I will be happy to see that I stay in 130's for the coming week. Let's keep going everyone. And see you in September. |

Total % loss to date: 2.36% There is a high probability that I won't make my weight goal this month. But, I am going to try and finish strong. I am in for the water challenge. On the situp challenge, since I am doing one on and one off day, I am just going to do 700 total next week. Hope that's ok. Congrats everyone for keeping up. Let's finish the month strong. |

Hi everyone. Daily calorie target is 1300-1400, which gives me a deficit of 250-350 when I am not working out. I have still about 400 for snack and dinner before tonight workout. My weight is up slightly as well. I am not sure whether it is water retention or because I have decided to add strength training to the mix or something else.

Total % loss to date: 1.81% Calorie burnt this week 2131 cals. 202 pushups + 230 abs crunch Congrats everyone on your loss and for keeping up with exercises. A new discovery about myself: I find myself able to swim longer than before. Getting 1/2 mile at a time would increasing my weekly goal to 1 mile a week. Nice..... |

Keep at it. Even a little exercise adds up over time. Try to add some strength training to your workout. Two to three times a week is all you need. And most importantly, it is important to mix it up once in a while. Dancing is good too. Good luck. |

Eat them raw with your salad. I love to eat them with peanut sauce (gado gado). You can stir fry them, stir fry minced garlic, add tofu and add bean sprout last. Season with either chicken broth or dried salted fish. Or you can make spring roll with it. It's very versatile. I sometimes add them to my egg/rice noodles (soup or fried). Always add them at the end, so they are still crunchy.

Congrats fyrfli!!!! I knew you can do it. You are about halfway to your goal of losing 20 pounds. At this rate, you will get there before October. You might even lose a bit more than that. I finally managed to drag dh to exercise with me. He still grumbles about it, but at least he is doing some of it. I am so glad, I finally have a buddy to wog with. Have a great weekend!! |
