I love walking and the more you like it, the more you want to do it. I seriously need to get me a pedometer to measure how far I walked. I do know that yesterday, I walked over 6.5 miles. I need to get my iPod fixed, so that I can listen to my music.

Madonna's new album, Hard Candy is great to work out to. It's all upbeat and she has a more R&B sound this time around.

I LOVE hummus. Like guacamole, it's one of those things that are addictive and hard to put down. Since I'm doing low carb, I tend to make zucchini or eggplant hummus instead of using garbanzos.

Good afternoon.....I finally went out and bought some salmon and Im glad I did hoping it will work for me like it did you rachel. Ive been doing great so far over the weekend. Great having the fresh fruit around so I eat that instead of eating carby junk.

If you have a Costco card, you should go there and get a bag of frozen salmon. They come vaccum packed individually, so they're perfect for portion control and it costs about $22.

I thought you could have turnips during Phase 1. It says that in the book cause when I started, I sure was gonna cook some mashed turnips with grilled chicken, and greens.

Weight Loss Master Cleanse anyone? Jun 22 2008

Lordy, why did I create this thread. We got some drama queens up in here. First of all, my eating habits weren't terrible. I eat only natural and organic food, not a lot of food, but I was eating too many sweets, so last time I remember the cleanse breaking the habit. I like how it makes me feel and many people have testified to how the Master Cleanse have relieved ailments they were suffering from.

Thanks for helpin me backing me up. I had really great results with the cleanse last time around, so that's why I decided to try it again. In my opinion, I think its great for routine body maintenance every 3-4 months.

I can't wait for regular food. I want a grilled chicken caesar salad sooooo bad.

I'm also interested in P90. From what I gathered, if you want to lose weight, you should start off with P90 and after you're done, you should move onto P90X. I've read that the latter is hardcore and for people who are already in shape and just want to get more muscular and leaner.

Hello there. I'm new too and I'd like to be your friend. I think I'm like 235 and my goal weight is to be between 170 and 180. I'm on a cleanse now and after that I'll be doing the South Beach thing. Low carb seems to work best for me.

I love cooking polenta with parmesean cheese or oat bran with maple syrup for breakfast. If I could have this everyday, my ideal breakfast would be: turkey sausage patties, home fries, scrambled eggs with scallions, bell peppers, cheddar and mushrooms, and biscuits with raspberry jam.

Weight Loss why do you want to lose weight? Jun 21 2008

So I can break the mold in my family. Mostly everyone is overweight and I want to be the one who can conquer my weight. I also want to lose again for health reasons and to look good and have better options in the clothes I buy. The way I picture myself in my brain, is not how I look at all.
