Realized I haven't posted since Friday am...yikes. Friday night: 20 min walk Saturday: 30 yoga Today so far: 120 minutes of walking and lifting (moving things in and out of storage - only done 2x a year). Hoping for a long run this evening...4 miles minimum 720/1500 (Thinking of modifying goal next month now that soccer season is over.) Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!
