I can't believe it has been like 2 weeks already since I posted. Anyway, I'm like 141.5 right now too. I was at 143 for a long time and then all of a sudden yesterday the scale dropped down to 141.5. Maybe it was water weight that I was holding onto before or something? Anyway, I have been working out at least 3-4 times per week and I can definitely see a difference. I can't wait to break below 140! |

Mine is supposed to be starting any day now and I'm definitely getting the cravings. Yesterday I started out the day healthy and then all of a sudden I just NEEDED a cupcake. So, I ate one. Then had some cheese and crackers. Then some gingerale. Then another cupcake. My boyfriend came home and brought me a salad for dinner, but I was stuffed from all of the junk that I had eaten. When I told him about it he just said 'hun, you're pmsing, it's ok. Your body needs extra calories.' It's true that you burn more calories in the days before it starts, so I think that I just have to accept that and plan for it. I'm going to make sure to eat more healthy foods throughout the day so that I don't end up filling up on empty calories. |

Is anybody still looking at this thread?? I just today joined the site and I would have like to be part of this, but it looks like nobody else has posted for over a week. Anyway, I'm 24 years old, 5'4" and 145 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 130-135. |
