Hey! New here! I am 28 and 150 which has been devistating to me because all my life I was always VERY thin. I am trying to go for apx 135 lbs which is healthy for my frame (small) So I am down to join in losing weight with you! I log ALL my food and see a holistic health doctor who has me on a temporary STRICT 1000 calorie a day diet! Pretty easy if you eat the right foods!!!! (no beer) :( and I have begun to work out regularly! I am really into healthy foods and can be a great asset to do this with you! Let me know
