I'd build a tower.  Not a stupid glass/steel tower, rather a sweet stone tower..  like a wizard's.

I'd help out my family and wear fancy suits.

My wife and I are both former servers, though I only held the gig for about two weeks.  It's a humbling and demanding way to make a living.  We're sympathetic to the cause, so we'll generally tip 20-25% for good-medium service and 15% for poor service.

The only thing that will drive us to leave a restaurant is not having our server acknowledge us within 5 minutes of arriving.  This rule is written in stone.
