for me protein seems to be the answer, especially with breakfast. even just half a serving of what ever protein i have around helps me stay full till snack time (3 hours later) |

i had heard a while back that most people tend to mistake thirst for hunger in general. hence our propencity to be under hydrated and over fed. |

Starting weight (on May 1st): 156.6 Goal Weight (on Jul 3rd): 150 May 1 - 156.6 (really hope to hit goal half way thru, but who knows.) May 8 - 156.4 (been stressful around here, but it's better than a gain!) May 15 - 153.8 (WOW! guess i was holding more water than i thought) May 22 - 161.2 (I was camping so this is today's weight, the 26th. hopefully some of it is water weight, although i did drink a fair amount of alcohol... ) May 29 - 155.6 (yea, it was at least partly water weight!) June 5 - 153 (there's a chance that i'll make my goal this challenge!) June 12 - 155 (or not, i'm starting to think that 155 is where my body is happy) June 19 - 153.4 (heading the right way again!) June 26 - 153 (obviously not making goal, but i am making progress) July 3---final weigh in |
