I am getting alot of attention now that I went from 277 pounds and am now 198 (And still losing.) It makes me sad because I am still the same beautiful person I have always been, but just thinner. Why didn't most people see me then, it was like they were embarrassed to look the "Fat" me in the face ;-( |

I have been eating like this for the last 5 months and have lost about 33 kilos... I walk 2 hours every day :) Hope that info helps! |

It is terrible when we have a bad day, it can be a recipe for disaster if we dwell on it. Well, your bad day ends now, yes you ate to much and had a slum but that doesn't mean you can't get up and try again!! |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
