I have red cheeks, but it's just because I'm very pale and its easier to notice..not a medical problem.

18 years old, 130 lbs, 5'5"

45 minutes of cardio/HIIT, 5 days a week
20 minutes of strength training 3 times a week

I usually eat about 1500 calories a day.

I belive the reccomended protein intake is 1gram per pound of HALF of your lean mass.

My defecit stays somewhere between the 500-700 range.. nice and healthy. I used to have a waay higher defecit (over the 1000 mark) and started binging like crazy in retaliation. But now I've smartened up and I'm eatting about 1500 cals a day!

You're preaching to to choir here... but I've 99% accepted that I'll always have big thighs, big booty, and big hips haha.

My measurements:

34C
28" waist
42" hips

Yep.. classic triangle shape!
I started off at around 150/160[5'5"], and now I'm down to somewhere near the 130 mark (I don't believe in scales Wink) and I have noticed my hips and thighs shrinking a tad, but they're still larger than I would like. I would suggest zigzagging your calories(I'm attempting it for the first time this week, I've hit a bit of a plateau as well >.<), or perhaps switching up your excersize routine! Running has done wonders for my legs, they look soo muscular, even if they've got a bit of fat on 'em.

I think you look fantastic btw! Hips are womanly and super sexy, embrace them!

Yeah, I was pretty shocked! I thought it was completely nuts when I hopped on the scale, and it told me I was almost back at my starting weight!

I do intend to buy a scale very soon, would I be able to buy one from a Costco or department store? I'm not sure where to get such a thing. I don't have access to a gym.

(But just to clarify, 1200 calories a day was low for me because I was expending near to 3000 calories a day.. not good.)
