Thanks =] I will follow your advice, just eating small meals until my body accepts that there is more to eat. at this point I don't mind gaining weight because I'm scared of seeing it be at 143. =/ |

| Weight Loss | help! weekend binges! | Jul 03 2008 07:24 (UTC) |

One thing I always find helps is exercise. After I'm physically active I have absolutely no appetite and can turn down any food for about an hour. I think if you went on a 30 minute jog when you feel a binge coming on will really help! Not to mention the exercise burns pretty good calories, so if you did end up binging after the jog, you would already have taken a chunk of calories out of the way.
but again that's what works for me. I hope my advice is helpful! =] |

I'm pretty sure water weight doesn't get any higher than 5 pounds.. and I think that on average you have 1-3 pounds of water weight. |

| Weight Loss | 5 More Pounds? | Jun 26 2008 23:42 (UTC) |

Good Point k-loo.. it is better to have the muscle than to lose five pounds that will probably go unnoticed. Besides I kind of have that lean muscular teenage build, so I think losing any more weight would mean losing muscle weight... which is bad lol.
