im 19 years old and 5'10.5, in january i was up to 176, by march i was down to 150 and am now 143.. goal.. 135. i know its low but thats when i look normal.. plus i need to tone up build muscle so im not flabby.. being heavy and solid is better than being thin and flabby. BTW.. i have no idea how i lost the weight. |
