i would really work at putting things into perspective first. for you, right now, starving your body of the nutrition it needs is a LOT more unhealthy than eating foods low in fiber.

as far as appetites go, i would try drinking ice cold water. that always helps me. also, space out your eating so that you eat several times a day in stead of two-three very big meals.

I really don't think that's healthy regardless of your frame size. I'm an inch taller than you, and I just measured my wrists and they're 5.5" also but my healthy weight is around 115.

you might not have enough body fat for your body to menstruate due to all the exercise you do. i know you said other girls on your team get their periods, but everyone is built differently. i would definitely check it out with your doctor.

it's definitely possible. i went up over 4000 last time i was gaining weight. i would recommend going up to 4300 slowly; that's usually less of a shock on the body. also, eat six meals and six snacks. i know drinking calories is easier for a lot of people, but it just made me really full. so play around with various low density foods and see what works. there's a sticky thread with lots of good foods for weight gain.

if your body has been underfed for a long time, it can take a while to adjust to the extra food you're consuming and figure out how to digest it and use it.
