i have recently tried that as well! i think the protein powder staves off the hunger the best. |

i know exactly what you mean!!! i have the worst hunger pains late at night. i was just trying to tough it out, but then i would crawl out of bed at 1 am and have cookies of all things, so my new plan of attack is this: 1 apple with 1 tbsp pb unbuttered, unsalted popcorn -- this is only 120 cal (or there abouts) for 3 cups!!! mixed salad without dressing - only 33 cal for 1.5 cups

hello white_sakura! there are many amazing recipes for onions. 1. onion soup!!! yummy! top with a little low-fat cheese and you're good to go. 2. snap peas and green peas with onions: boil water with salt and finely chopped onions for 5 minutes. add frozen peas and snap peas. cook as needed. drain. add 2 tbsps butter - for yummy goodness. and serve warm. the onions make all of the difference. you can forgo the butter or use a substitute. 3. philly steak sandwiches are great with carmelized onions. 4. add to stuffing to spice it up 5. finely chop and mix with hamburger to make flavourful patties the list goes on and on and on. good luck! =) |

i have been experiencing the same thing. i have only noticed that some days i feel thinner - not on the scale, though - after lifting. i have tried to lift with heavier weights and mix in more cardio with weight training - pseudo circuit. i'm ready to give up! =( |
