Cetaphil. I was having serious breakouts that would not go away - and I'm 37. It was terrible. They were in the same spots everytime. Tried everything from the dermatologist - wouldn't work. This went on for 2 years. I was pitiful. Then I started using the Cetaphil anti-bacterial bar soap. Have had PERFECT skin ever since. Will not use anything else. And it's only about $3.20 a bar. |

OK - I went. I only did the cross trainer for about 20 minutes. Pathetic. But considering that I didn't want to go at all.......and I burned 200 calories. I guess it's better than nothing??? |

Not a special day. Just a eat too much day! Weekends tend to be a lot harder for me. I try to give myself a cheat meal and then it turns into a cheat weekend and I end up un-doing all of my hard work from the week before. |

I make it at work all the time and just take a packet of oatmeal and stir in hot water (from coffee maker). Turns out perfect everytime. |

Thanks to everyone for your comments. It seems like most people are having success by doing low cal or basically just making sure that you work off more calories than you consume. |

That's the list that I was going off of and it says that watermelon has low to medium carbs. Well, on this website I put in 2 cups of watermelon (chunks) and it says that there is 27 grams of carbs. That's a lot to me. |

Thanks everyone. Sounds like the majority are saying to keep up the cardio. I did it today - now I just have to stick with it! I am trying to cut down/out sugar and right now I am dying. I am totally addicted to sugar and I have to kick it somehow. |

Normally I would have oatmeal or cereal. But I am going to try to limit my carb intake. I can't seem to find a yogurt that I like. I love pudding but again that's carbs. I like a lot of the low carb fruits: strawberries, watermelon, apples. And I don't like peanut butter. |

Um, no. What I was looking for was some ideas on some low cal eats at low price restaurants (fast food). For instance, maybe a wrap at a Chick-Fil-A for under 500 calories. There are foods out there at fast food restaurants that are not too terribly bad for you. I didn't realize that everyone here thought that you absolutely never ever could have a meal at a fast food restaurant while you are trying to lose weight. Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions without bashing!

It's not that I'm "so insistent that there's ablsolutely no parks near my job". There aren't any. I can't build a park just to have somewhere to walk. Understand that not everyone lives where you do and there are places in this world that don't have parks every 3 miles. |

OK - I still didn't see the answer to this. I know that the green and blue line are trend lines but what do each represent? Is one the actual weight and one is the target weight? Which one is which? It would be helpful if there was a legend. Thanks! |
