| Krispy Kreme doughnuts are about 200 calories a pop. Multiplied by 12
doughnuts (to which I have to say: in heaven's name, WHY???), that's
2400 calories in one go. I'm sorry, but running 3 miles is not going to
give you room to eat 12 doughnuts. So no...not healthy. |

| Something that used to help me (although this bad habit is rearing its ugly head again) is to carry a nail file and clippers with you everywhere you go. That way, you never have an excuse to bite them. Good luck (to both of us...)! |

| no, this is a regular state for me. i do have a slightly lower-than-normal body temperature (about 96.5).
i've always had poor circulation, but usually that just means my hands are cold. not all of me, all the time. |

| does anyone have any ideas why I would be so cold? Maybe a medical condition? I am currently wearing 2 pairs of pants, 2 socks, shoes, 2 long sleeve shirts, camisole, and sweater. And I'm freezing.
