u need to boil the guts till they are about the consistancy of mashed potatoes, and scrape out some of the wall of inside of the pumpkin as well....boil this all and then it will look like canned pumpkin...my fiance and i just made 6 pumpkin pies oast night out of one pumpkin (HUGE ONE) and u need to boil it first. then u can do what u please with it...i suggest a pumpkin cheesecake, or go online to www.foodnetwork.com and look up recipe for gooey pumpkin butter cakes, or something to the effect of that name...that cake is delicious! happy baking! |

as much as it sux to not have insurance and wait, i would go to the dentist and at least get an antibiotic. i had the same thing, four impacted teeth, but 2 were half in/out. i had an infection between the gums of the half exposed teeth and doc gave me suped up antibiotic for a week b4 surgery. i would get an antibiotic becuase an infection in the mouth is the worst to have...it can spread to the rest of your body, especially your heart (my fiance has heart disease and cant get any work done on his mouth unless he takes antibiotic before so no infection forms and goes to his heart. this is from his doc's mouth, im not BSing u). and i went to sleep for mine, got all four at once, needed the pain meds for a few days becuase i sleep on my side and was aggravating it...other than that it was fine. i would just get some meds to hold off until insurance kicks in. best of luck! |

i bought them on my doctor's suggestion...didnt really do anything for me besides make me pee (caffeine in it is equivalent to that in a cup of coffee...and caffeine makes me pee lol). the guarana gave me a short lil "energy boost", more like a sugar rush and didn't help me lose any weight or curve my appetite. i would just stick to a regular multivitamin and each healthy. |

how about a southwestern chicken wrap? low carb la banderita tortilla wrap 81 cal 1/4 cup streamed yellow corn with pepper and TINY bit of salt 85 cal 1/4 cup medium grain brown rice 55 cal 2 tblsp. honey bbq sauce 50 cal 1/2 cup perdue ALREADY grilled packaged chicken breast already cut 90 cal
you can make this the night before or you can replace the rice with 1.5 cups of salad mix for about 15 cals instead of 55 cals. ENJOY!

i did the same thing as you with the researching and matching symptoms. they all seemed to fit my symptoms and i went to the doctor and asked if this could be a possible reason as to why i was gaining so much weight. not to be discouraging, but i didn't have the disease despite all my symptoms. not that i am wishing this disease on you, (dont get me wrong) but from my personal experience, it WASN'T that and i still had to deal with the symptoms until i started losing weight on CC. they do a simple blood test to find out if you have it or not, and you get the results in about 2 days. i also had a friend that had the disease, and despite being on meds, she still couldnt lose the weight that resulted from the disease. sorry for rambling, i'm no expert, but i hope this helps a lil bit. wish you the best! lisa |

i have been using cc for a month now and have lost 10 lbs. WITHOUT exercising at ALL. i started at 162 lbs. 5'2, and i'm 19 yrs old. i eat 1250 cals a day and literally do nothing else. i'm not saying this will work for everyone, and i'm glad that it has worked for me, but i would suggest lowering your cal range and drinking more water. you are building muscle and the scales won't move as quickly. idk if it helped, but maybe it will |

try adding fiber to your bottled water, like fibersure or some other powdered brand, and a crystal light flavor packet. they have a raspberry peach flavored one with probiotics to help your digestion and a peach green tea for metabolism. regardless of whether it helps or not, it disguises the tasts of the fiber. fiber helps you feel fuller longer and its only a 5 cal snack. and it helps with your digestion system! its saved me while working at day camp instead of eating ice cream from the ice cream truck or trading sugary snacks with the kids! lol happy healthy eating! |

see the problem with the BC is that I WAS excercising and eating healthier, (not as healthy as i am now, but still not completely crappy) and i still saw no move in weight or inches. my doctor couldnt understand why i had gained so much weight so quickly and why i wasn't chnging at all with the workout program and eating healthier. it was only until i suggested taking myself of BC that i saw (finally) and move in my weight. granted i still had cravings and wasn't eating the best while on BC, i still think something else was happening other tahn me making bad health choices. but anyways, i'll prolly never go back on BC again, and i've lost 8.5 lbs so far. and daciakaiser, where did you get that scale that measures both?

thanks guys! i do eat fruit ALOT. i work at day camp and i bring mixed fruit salad everyday and eat a granny smith every afternoon. it just seems like chocolate has always been my best friend lol and i crave it. there's nothing wrong with 100 cal packs, its just that i'm getting sick of them...i take them everyday to camp with me and i wanted variety. and i do eat every 3hrs. on average with apples and fruit salad and then lunch and dinner n such. it may be boredom, too at night when i'm unwinding and THINK i need to eat, and poof! chocolate pops into my head! thanks tho!!!! --lisa |
