Wow you guys are all doing awesome!

Cosmogirl82 - Sushi is awesome, but it can be addictive. I make sushi rolls at home and before when I had no self control I would eat tons of rolls just because they were there.  :)

Thermal - That is awesome that you could run that long! Congrats on being smoke-free!

I was wondering what everybody thought of this because it is kind of like my food therapy. Since I started dieting I have been addicted to the food channel. At first watching people cook food made me hungry, but now it makes me think I'm full. Undecided Yeah kinda weird... but tv is a great way to take your mind off of food. But those commercials tell me to go eat while it's on a break. Tongue out

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I lost the forum. oops :)

I started a couple days ago trying to eat only when I'm hungry, because I usually eat when I'm bored. Right now I'm trying to get my calorie intake at 1500. I've done pretty well during the day, but then I spoil it at night by eating whatever I feel like. Last night it was ice cream with chocolate sauce. Yumm! Anyways I should probaly start exercising more often.

I was just curious about what everybody thinks about this. Before I started counting calories I was a complete organic food junkie, but now I eat a lot of processed foods that are low in calories so I can fit in my daily limit. So today is the day that I'm going to eat more fruits and veggies and hopefully a lot less yucky stuff! If anybody has been in this situation or has any advice I would appreciate it!

Hi guys! I was wondering if I could join. I have about the same goal weight and I'd to loose the last ten pounds, I am 5'8 and weigh 140. Having a group like this would challenge me to loose, I've been stuck here for a long time! :)
