I gained 45 pounds in the last 3 years and just realised i was on the pill for exactly those 3 years!!! Could have something to do with it... Grew about 4 inches in that time so that must have been a factor too! |

you definitely have lost! your tummy looks amazing now! how much have you lost? you should try to get to 1200cals a day though because 1000 is unhealthy and depriving you. That's why you feel the need to binge. Keep up the good work you look stunning! |

In the north lanes there are a ton of restaurants! I would recommend this place next to the library called Pizza express. They make salads and stuff too and in the front they have a fake lawn with deck chairs where you can eat!!! |

If any of you watch Jon and Kate plus 8: Kate did a really good job of buying organic and stuff on a budget. I'm sure that budget has gotten bigger with the show and all but she should be an inspiration to all moms. |

tell them exactly what you wrote here: you're happy eating side dishes. Offer to bring something yourself (they will probably say no but they'll appreciate the offer) and offer bring a good dessert for everyone and don't take no for an answer. this happend to us a few weeks ago and we made spaghetti with 2 sauces and our guest was thrilled! |

Ice skating with friends is so much fun! Scuba diving doesn't feel like exercise either but might be hard to do. I do that on vacation. Just going for a nice spring time walk in the forest is awesome too |

Hey
first of all take a deep breath. Then search for a forum about water weight and fluctuations. I have had 7 kg fluctuations that went away after a day or two. Don't give up what ever you do. don't restrict to much or you'll just binge more. enjoy food as one of life's pleasures!

150g cereal = 600 cals Waffles= 200 cals that makes 800 cals
try:
Morning snack: Apple= 70 cal Lunch: 2 oz Whole grain pasta + tomato sauce = 250 cals Afternoon snack: low fat yogurt: 100 cals Dinner: grilled Fish, grilled veg, boiled potato = 300-400 cals Dessert: Popsicle= 50 cals
So you'll eat 1670 and still have a small deficit Go for a walk for an hour if you can= -200 cals I binge like that though if I restrict too much through out the week. Try to treat yourself more next week e.g. a square of chocolate etc.

This would interest me too! I would like to build up a little strength by jogging in place because it is still way too cold to jog outside and I'm a little self-conscious about jogging with the Sounds like a really good plan though! Keep up the good work!!! |

Try to get the vegetarian option if they have a choice otherwise if you slip up enjoy the food! Just don't do what I'd do: Come home and eat more food (a.k.a. chocolate)! |

Start planning out your whole meal plan for the day. It really helps! If I don't plan ahead I'll restrict at lunch (like just have 1 pot of plain yogurt) then go really over board at dinner (ice cream, chocolate, 3rd helpings etc.). If you feel like you need to talk to someone it doesn't have to be a counselor. talk to your best friend, your mom or your partner. Don't keep all your problems bottled up!!! EDIT: Sorry I didn't read the post correctly and thought you were still trying to lose. Hope you can still find a pearl of wisdom in there!

A friend of mine with lactose intolerance loves rice milk. Not sure how it compares to cows milk though. She also drinks "Lactose free (cows) milk" which has the enzymes put in it. Would work if you have lactose intolerance but wouldn't if you're allergic to dairy. |

Try theese!!! They are the best!!! I leave out the celery and you can use egg whites instead of whole eggs!!!! Making is soooo much better, the ones in stores have way to much sodium and don't taste quite right! |

I am all for non digital scales. you can "reset" them if they start to get old (little wheel on the bottom) and you cant see every tenth of a pound so you won't become to obsessed! I wouldn't get one that measures body fat either because they're not very accurate apperantly |

OMG that is soooooooo bratty!!!! Middle school kids are at such an annoying age they just want to make others feel insecure because they feel that way. ESL kids have it tough but that isn't an excuse for that kind of behavior. That is exceptionally bratty, can you complain to his parents or give him detention or something? |

Make Sure you get enough calories because on diets like the cabbage soup diet you lose weight fast but none of that is fat!!! It's muscle and waterweight and you'll gain it right back or more! asparagus soup is really good! The sugar in tomato soup shouldn't be a problem!
