It's going. Working like crazy, 12-14 hour days have become the norm..... Well Kae, seeing as I need to get back to losing weight again like ASAP, I'll be around. Not nearly as much as I used to be, but I'll def pop my head in and say hi on a regular basis, or at least that's my plan. How has everyone here been? Anything new and exciting going on? Any big news? |

ahh, kids, now i remember why I'm unsure if I really want 'em! especially considering the fact that i was a rather accident prone child who was known on a first name basis at the local hospital (i had well over 100 stitches before I became a teenager). |

yeah, when i give at home its through LI Blood Services, but when I was away at school it was the Red Cross, and I had to fill out all the paperwork and stuff for both services, that was annoying, but for a worthwhile cause. I also give platelets a lot, but haven't had the time to recently since it takes about 2 hrs start to finish, maybe once i'm done with the bar (and the alcohol has cleared my system!). |

ugh, sucks about the migraine meagan, i woke up with a bad headache early this morning and thankfully it didn't turn into a migraine. at least yours went away! i hate it when car batteries die for no apparent reason, makes me very annoyed! and go for you fo donating blood, its one of the few good deeds I make sure to do every 2 months. |

I'm just not a morning person, unless by morning you mean staying up until morning! I rarely get to bed before 2am, and I can't even say that 2am is normal, its usually more like 3! and its not that i don't like to sleep, I LOVE to sleep, and if left alone can sleep 10-12 hours no problem, but I can't fall asleep! the doc's have tried giving me sleeping pills, but it does nothing (except make me sleep a full 8 hours once I actually fall asleep, which I can do on my own without pills) so I've learned to just deal with the 4-5 hours of sleep I get and try to catch up on the weekend. what i really need is for the rest of the world to move to a 36 hour day, instead of a 24 hour day, cause I could easily stay up for 24 hours straight on a daily basis if I knew I was gonna get 12 hours of sleep! |

hahaha, yeah, i hear that Jules, I set my alarm for 7:15, 7:25 and 7:30, but always end up hitting snooze for another 10 minutes every morning! I've tried just setting my alarm for later, but that just means I hit snooze until later, lol!
yeah Kae, we spoke a few times after that, called her last week and left a message to see if she wanted to go out this weekend (this one that just passed) and she didn't return my call. weird since we talked a few times beofre that and she seemed at the very least mildly interested and willing to go out again. eh, whatever, I'll give her one more call and see if she answers/returns the call, then i'm moving on. |

that sounds.............Interesting, kae...... kinda sounds like my cousin ryan, we had dinner at my aunts house for christmas day and he "cooked" (mainly because my aunt is incapable of cooking without nearly burning the house to the ground) and put all sorts or crazy stuff all over what would have been an amazing crown roast of pork, and then in the carrots, and peas and pretty much everything else we ate. suffice it to say we ended up eating again once we got home! I'm not big on following recipes either, but im not quite adventurous enough to put vanilla in meatloaf ;)

I have been working for a firm for the past 4 years, and I am 99% positive that I will continue to work there, but I am supposed to sit down and talk with them once I finish the bar. I will be able to work there for at least a few more months if they don't offer me a full time position and that will give me a bit of time to find something. but again, I am pretty sure that they will offer me something, so I'm not worrying about it too much yet.
