Hi there I would like to join I can use all the help I can get.  I am currently 162 but I am only 5ft even.  Although that does sound like alot for my height I reall don't look so bad I am very muscular, I work in a warehouse so I am constantly lifting and moving, running around etc.. I also work out 5 times a week in which I just bumped it up to a higher cardio program.  I watch what I eat and have lost approximatley 20+lbs since October of 2007 It doesn't sound like alot but I have also went down from a 14-16 to a 10 that was the best, wasn't the pounds it was the inches I noticed.  So I just need extra motivation to keep it all up it's been alot of work but it's been worth it every bit! It's to the point where i can't function if I miss the gym,  I go in the morning so it gives me energy for the whole day,  if I miss a day I notice at work that just don't have the same energy level.  It's amazing how much better you feel when you exercise.  I am willing to help and support anyone because I know first hand how rough it can be when you first get started.

Give your body sometime to adjust, it took awhile for people to notice on me.  You will notice before anyone because you will feel better about doing something positive for yourself. I just felt good knowing I was trying and just kept at it unfortunately it might take a few months to notice the loose clothing but you will feel good.  Drink lots of water it will help.  I was about 178 it was awhile before I let myself get on the scale I didn't want to discourage myself.  I waited about three months and to my surprise when I weighed I was around 165 I was blown away I didn't set big goals just little ones there easier to reach set 10lb increments it will help you.  Although I have plateaued now I feel so great and I can't live without the gym. I just have to keep positive it will happen I will reach my goal.
